He use to be the one to pick me up at my home and bring me to pick up my car. Or take me home if my car had to spend the night. He was so young and eager to learn now he has 4 kids! I value their honesty especially being a female and a senior bc we all know how auto places try to rip off women and senior. They do not pressure you to get anything done but they explain in detail what needs to be done. Robert is an employee that is very personable and goes in depth letting you know what is wrong or what could go wrong if something isn't taken care of soon. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an honest reliable auto repair/ service place. After my dealership warranty expires I always bring my vehicle here even for oil changes and they take excellent care of me! I highly recommend Nobody's!

This gentleman assessed my needs, drove to supply store and fixed up my skid guard. He also took a nail out of my tire. The tire repair is holding steady after 300+ miles. Skid guard also fine. Integrity and kindness. Added them to Yelp since he was so incredibly helpful, so I wanted others to find him.

As I was preparing to leave an older member of the team approached me and asked me about the last time I had my different fluid changed. He went into a long explanation about how important it is and how often I should have it done. After checking my vehicle's carFax, he confirmed that I hadn't had it done before. He showed me every service that I had on my vehicle and continued on about how imperative it was to have it done. I'm all about proper and timely maintenance and I understand how it can extend the life of the vehicle. I asked him how much would it be. He said $109 and it will take 10 minutes. I was ok with that price although not completely sold on if I needed it right then. I thought about it and decided to get it done. When they were done, I was told by another crew member that my total was $233. I was confused and caught off guard. I asked for an explanation of the charges. i explained that I was quoted $109. She asked if I had seen the price on the screen. I told her I had not been shown a price on a screen, i was told it would be $109. She explained that it was $109 per axle. THAT WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME!! I didn't argue with her, I actually think it wasn't fair of him to send her to ask for payment, especially since he KNEW he didn't explain the cost was per axle. What if I didn't have the money?? Very unprofessional and cowardly.
