Because Taco has a callopsed trachea and congestive heart failure. Along with Kidney disease. Ashley, when I arrived was doing absolutly nothing but chatting with a coworker behind the counter. Laughing and having a good time. I told her that i really need this medicine for the evening so Taco could sleep. She stated plainly that she didn't care about my dog and his problems. I was dumbfounded. WTH!!! She further stated that she wouldnt fill it without my Vet's DEA number. I said well call the Vet. The vet I use was still working until 5. She wouldn't do it. So I walked out to the parking lot and called my Vet and told her what was going on. She said she would call Ashley herself. And she did. My vet called me back a few minutes later and she said that Ashley really was a bi?ch. Even to the Vet. I wasnt able to get Taco's meds that night and of course taco had a really bad night as did I. All because of an apathetic rude uncaring individual named Ashley at the CVS store in Hickory. Ashley is a very shady character. No integrity. Absolutly none. Obviously hates animals. She really needs to get a solitary job where she is absolutly alone. She has zero people skills. Or empathy towards animals. I'll go out on a limb and state that she probably supports the Trump administration.
