There was barely a queue presumably because the price point was pretty high for just three rotations over twenty minutes. We decided to splurge since the nearby observation towers didn't appeal to us. The towers were targeted to families with kids. By contrast, the private cabin provided nice panoramic views primarily of the Old Port and the St Lawrence River (Photo 7). We subsequently secured better views from Kondiaronk Belvedere on top of Mount Royal. That's because the wheel reaches a height of just 200 feet. After disembarking, we had to walk through the cafe and gift shop to exit. RELATED - Exploring Montreal? Here's a collection of places I've visited and reviewed: https://yelp.to/HiASYr0QJ3

The place is as described in need of a little TLC, but it was clean and to be honest it was an amazing place to spend the day. My son played for 2 hrs before we headed out for lunch and then went back for another hour or so. It is by far the most entertained my 4 yrs old has ever been in a play center...lots of trades to try out. Reasonably priced...

I'll give this place 5 stars because it's way more entertaining for my son than the Montreal…read moreScience center as it's less reading and more wheels and cars. It does the job for a young child, so 5 stars it gets! Well my son visited this place when he was 2 and he's now almost 4 and he loved it even more the second time around! We spent I kid you not a good 5 hours here! This place isn't really a museum. It's not "educational" in the traditional sense although kids can learn by doing all sorts of things. The kids can go inside a fire truck, police car, rocket ship, weird cave, grocery store, school room, pet clinic, airplane, and there's a karaoke stage. Some useful tips here would be to 1) go with 2+ kids unless you want your kid begging you to cram into a rocket ship with him. It's always fun to spend time with your child but your child really wants to play and so you'll need to bring a play buddy. 2) bring snacks and water! They do NOT sell food but if you plan on staying longer than an hour or two, you might as well bring something to eat. They have a couple of sticky (yuck but whatever) picnic tables you can eat at in the front of the venue. Not amazing but gets the job done. Of course, you can always sneak in some food inside the venue but it isn't allowed. 3) Every hour they have a "show" which consists of weird acting done by French teenagers on the boat downstairs. As another yelper said, I could have gone without it. BUT, the icing on the cake is that during this show, everyone congregates downstairs and you get the whole place to yourself :) There's a lot of parking as it's not downtown, it's in Laval. Bathrooms were pretty clean which is a plus. Oh, and I went on a weekday I wouldn't dare go here on a weekend.

Parents and fans had no idea what was happening on the ice. Even the players mentioned they couldn't see clearly. Then, the fog finally cleared -- but then the scoreboard stopped working! No time, no score, nothing. The kids were playing without any clue how much time was left or what the score was. Honestly, it felt a bit like a comedy show. It's hard to believe this is the official practice facility for the NHL Montreal Canadiens.

He was a bit frightened by the sound of the machines but he warmed up to the noise quickly. He loved the slide that was perfect for his size in the section for 0-4 year olds. The general admission prices are great, and we were happily surprised by the quality, portion sizes, and reasonable prices for the food. It is in a huge building with lots of room, and they have rooms specifically for the parties. There is a space specifically for feeding babies and also for changing tables. Trampolines, rock climbing wall, bouncy house and the rest of the playgrounds feel like they're five storeys high. Your children are also always secure. They have made sure that their check in and check out procedures have the kids leave with who came with and cannot leave without their guardian present. They have an arcade area and there really is a day's worth of fun available. They even have massage chairs which are to die for. We will definitely be going back with his older brother soon; it's perfect for all ages. We can't wait!

The staff is nice and efficient (there was a problem with our lane which took about 30 minutes to solve but he added the time back to our reservation). They've got arcades at the entrance, and also air hockey, foosball and pool tables. They state on their website that they have 72 lanes with half for small pins and half of them for regular pin bowling. There were lanes and shoes readily available for our group of 4. The cons is that the place is showing its age--everything is old. The shoes, the machines, the balls, etc. The balls are pretty dinged up with dents in them. For the regular pin bowling, they didn't have many lighter balls. Most of them were very heavy. But that wasn't the problem--it's the fact that all the bowling balls were disgustingly greasy! People eat and put their greasy paws on the balls and it looks like the staff don't clean the balls. Since I've not gone bowling for at least a dozen years, I don't recall ever playing with greasy bowling balls. Can anyone tell me if this is the norm? We all enjoyed the small pin bowling so it was cool that there were plenty of lanes available for that. To switch lanes, you need to request that at the counter. I would go back but would bring some Lysol wipes to clean the balls before playing.
