Family Bowling
Shane J.

Our family decided to get together and have a last hurrah before the holidays and what we fear is another lock down due to rising COVID cases! I am so glad we decided on Bowlero! This bowling center is large...many lanes and other activities (mini arcade & bar area) for everyone to feel satisfied! We had Groupons and of course that is always confusing when redeemed at some businesses..but the staff at Bowlero were patient; professional and friendly! Let's talk about the staff...we had an issue with the arcade game card not loading properly..this was immediately addressed and resolved with a smile! The multiple food orders of our party was overwhelming to me..but not the staff..they were prompt..food was adequate (for bowling alley food..lol). I would recommend this bowling center because they honored COVID guidelines by spacing out groups to every other lane and face mask wearing was enforced and I appreciated it very much! Fun place and Great Service! Go Bowlero!

Wow!! Went here for a couple hours to bowl with the family New Year's Eve Day and got banged up for a $221 bill!!! That doesn't include the food which wasn't cheap either. How could 5 games total + 7 shoes cost so much? They don't charge per lane by rather by person, so the 17 games was comprised of 1 lane with 3 kids (3 games) at one lane and 4 adults (2 games). Save your hard earned money folks.

Newly remodeled bowling alley on Kirkwood Highway near Elsmere featuring 20 lanes glowing under neon lights. There is plenty of table seating opposite the lanes, a bar/lounge area and a food truck styled kitchen. Our first stop was the bar where the two lady bartenders were making some serious drinks. Beer was being poured into a giant contraption that had a spout. Another drink was being made in a huge bowl that four people could drink from. Both looked like the centerpieces of a good time but I was partying on a budget and opted for the Two dollar Tuesdays Long Island. Not bad for a two dollar pour. We moved on to the food truck. They were offering two dollar tacos. My friend and I got a couple of those and they were quite delicious, very well made. My only complaint is you only got one taco for two dollars, I felt it should be two considering it's also Taco Tuesday everywhere else that serves tacos. I liked that the young man working the food truck also came to the lanes to take orders and deliver food. Speaking of the lanes, I am not sure what was going on with the first reviewer but there was definitely a man clearing the tables at the lanes and as far as the balls are concerned they recycled themselves automatically. I don't think that review is for THIS location because they don't even have the bumper cars there. My only problem with the lanes was finding the number. With all the neon going on in there, they couldn't light up the lane numbers (insert thinking emoji). Last I loved the arcade. I wish it was bigger and had the giant PAC Man they have at other Bowlero's but it was awesome. Ice hockey tables, skee ball, video games including a Space Invaders on steroids. Totally cool. Definitely a great place to hang out with friends even if you don't bowl.

I came here in early August for a bowling tournament. Location: Right off a main road so its easy to locate. Parking: If you're here a major event get here early if you want to park in their lot. Otherwise you will be parking in the lot across the back road. On a typical day, I'm sure the parking is ample sine it loops around the whole facility. Lanes: They have a lot of lanes here but the lanes were super dry here! You're better off not cleaning the oil off your calls and using that residual oil! If you like the challenge of bowling in a dry house this is the place to go! Food: The food is decent. Drinks: The drinks were hella cheap!! I don't know how they're making money here or maybe it's because I'm from NYC and I'm used to paying an arm and a leg for a drink. Overall, this is a nice house to visit. I'm likely to come back because this is where Battle Bowl takes place every year.

Had a great time celebrating our sons 19th Birthday. First time here we had a wonderful time the place was nice and clean . The food and drinks were outstanding .Will definitely come back

Loved our visit for coworkers night out! We were fortunate enough to get help from one of the many friendly managers (Brian) so we could get two lanes next to each other (without any reservations on a Friday night!). While it was poor planning on our part, Brian was able to accommodate the 30 of us even when the bowling alley had a league. We got drinks served to us (and delicious food...seriously try the pretzel..)! While we certainly weren't the best bowlers there, we had a memorable night thanks to the staff that helped us pull off a coworker outing last minute. Thank you for a great time Brian and staff!

As a member of the wedding party we arrived at 7am to begin getting ready. Unfortunately our first impression of the venue was a very bad one. A continental breakfast buffet was supposed to be set up in the bridal suite, and when we walked in it was absolutely infested with ants. Ants on the pastries, in the fruit, on the table cloth, and walking in and out of the coffee pots. It made us wonder how long the food had been sitting out prior to our scheduled arrival and how on earth that many bugs were already present. It took a long time to be able to find any worker to deal with the issue, and even longer to rectify it. An employee sprayed Raid all over the tablecloth before taking everything away, so that smell lingered in the air. It was nearly nine by the time we got all the food and drinks set up again. Dinner service was also very slow with long wait times for some tables in between courses. Some tables were finished eating before others began. It took two and half hours to serve salad, entrees, and desserts for roughly 80 guests, which left less than an hour for music and dancing. Despite the snafus, the venue is still gorgeous and makes an wonderful backdrop for photos. The grounds are very well maintained and picturesque and the house is classic and lovely. I especially loved the back patio that overlooks the lawn and faces west so you get a beautiful sunset over the trees. The staff I interacted with were very gracious, and the food was very good.

Had lunch after a pickleball morning session. First time at DE.CO. Went for Angelo's cheese steak…read more Service was fast. Seating was ample and very comfortable. Cheesesteak was excellent. Very heavy sandwich. Tender meat. Lots of cooper sharp cheese. Onions and long hots. I'll be back for sure. Also had an Expresso and half a gourmet donut. Wow.

The person taking my order didn't seem familiar with the menu, which was surprising for a place focused on something as straightforward as pizza. It took quite a while for the pizza to be assembled before making it to the oven. After ordering, I waited nearly 40 minutes, which I had buyer's remorse, considering I could have just ordered two pre-made slices and heated them up. Bardea was able to get an order in and out in like 10 minutes. Even weirder, comes the confusing part after Angelo's takes the pizza out of the oven. Twice, the pizza made it to a box, where employees stood over it, seemingly unsure of what to do. They appeared to be discussing it and even taking photos while the pizza just sat there getting cold, for several minutes. Is this an Instagram moment? I genuinely had no clue what was happening. By the time I finally received my order, the pizza was luke warm and the whole experience was frustrating. I have no interest dealing with whatever was happening here. I hope they work out the kinks of whatever the heck was going on at this place.
