I attended a group party here on a Saturday night. There is a private parking lot with plenty of parking. Walking inside, it is a fun vibe. They have computer scoring and the lanes seem to be well-maintained, as well as the equipment. The facility was fairly clean. On this night, they played a great music mix. We don't bowl here often and we decided to come because of relatives that were in town. They wanted to bowl and this is close. I'll say the staff here is really nice. They have many lanes and the setup is cool. Tuner have bumpers and Pele bowling ramps for young kids to use. Also an arcade area. However it is very expensive. The food is mediocre and that's being nice. The only thing that taste good was the soda and french fries from the platter sampler. The drinks are expensive and not good. Would we come back? Wayyyy better customer service. The front desk lady was incredibly rude to be in front of my Fiance, and my 2 nephews (16, 11). I talked to the manager and she offered a discount on bowling lanes or a gameplay card for the arcade, and for my nephews I took the gameplay card. I hate that I had a terrible experience with an employee who was incredibly rude in front of my Fiance and nephews. Which did not set a good example for them at all. Keep in mind they are the next gen who will take these spots. ALSO it was $104.25 for 4 people, they charged me for shoe rentals which is fair but 8 "premium" games. That's 4 people per game. My friend was charged 120 for 4 games, the same night. I played half the games and was charged $15.75 less than him. Absolutely terrible experience, the manager is incompetent and can't handle stress from disgusted and disgruntled customers who pay her salary. I was vocal and rude towards her yes, but she was worse from the beginning. Will never return, absolute terrible service. I feel like a Karen, but hell they need more bad reviews. Terrible environment for kids. Support local mom and pop shops who actually care about who's paying. I went in for unlimited bowling. Monday night, I got there and put my card on file by 5:30. We had a great time bowling and when I got ready to check out nobody was at the front desk ( there position) I called the phone 4 times after patiently waiting 25 minutes, trying to get someone attention. Someone left there post. She soon came back. I was a little frustrated I waited so long and asked if there was a comp for my patients. She went back not knowing the answer and this short blonde came out, I should have gotten her name but I failed to. Rang me out, when she did she failed to give me the 11 dollar per person unlimited charge. When I told her this wasn't right she said she already hit ok and she can't go back ( which is horse because I have dealt with Point Of Sales system for 13 years) I didn't feel like arguing due to her attitude. She was very rude and non- costumer services. She ended up charging me a 150 dollars when it should have been 22 dollars. I have called and asked for the manager, unfortunately he or she wasn't there. I just hope this company makes thiright. And the manger on duty and the staff are educated on the prices and policies presented to the public. read more

Having a bad review is never my go to, but I have to share my experience from coming here this past week. My family and I decided to come in the afternoon because it was too hot outside and we wanted something to do. It's been a while since we went bowling and we've heard a lot of reviews about this location, so I wanted to come and check it out. The lady that was at the shoe counter was amazing! She was very professional and got us our lane in shoes and a really fast time. Our Lane had a nice table in. There were already balls at the station. We got to enjoy a few games and then we decided to get some thing to eat and also one alcoholic adult beverage. The person who was at the food concession stand was nice. Didn't say much also didn't seem like they wanted to be there, but that is neither here or there. He brought our bowling sampler to the table with a few extra napkins, which is really nice, especially since we have kids. Where this review gets to be less than stellar is when we went to go order a drink. My partner is a black trans man and was the person to go up to get a beverage. The person at the bar asked for ID as expected. But when the ID was given, she asked for another form of identification. She wanted some thing that had their current facial profile on it. The current legal ID has a feminine name on it while the person in front of her was of a masculine identity. Then she was told that that's the only identification that they had. She proceeded to look at them up-and-down, and didn't want to give service. She refused service until she was told that they were transitioning and they have not updated/ not been able to change their identification's. This was the first time in two years that we had this type of interaction. I'm not sure what the training has been for inclusivity with current times. Also the judgments in her behavior and voice was standoffish. That one interaction may determine when we revisit this location. On top of it, the pricing is ridiculous! For four people with shoes it was close to $150. I am not sure why it was so much but pricing is also a huge determination on if we will be back. If the cost is lower, we probably would've stayed longer and enjoyed more , but we just did not have the funds to do it after the cost of it all. read more

Went here with a group over the weekend. This location is nice and clean with plenty of spacing between lanes. The front counter was busy but friendly. They took care of shoes, one minor issue that came up with our lane and payments very quickly. The bowling lanes were set up like normal. The monitor was easy to use for us to input bowlers and keep score. I like that they had a dedicated area to get your ball and they identified finger size and weight on each ball. I was able to find one that fit my hand well. Bowling overall was very fun! Our group really had a great time. I wasn't as impressed with the drinks from the bar. They are expensive and not amazing. Hubby and I got 2 drinks for $22 and both were heavy on mixer and not amazing. Love that they have a cool drink menu, but sadly they are not worth the pricing. Games and shoes are also a bit higher here than your local neighborhood alley. We went early afternoon on a Saturday and paid $5.99 per game per person plus shoes. We had 6 people bowling, with shoes and some purchased drinks... Our 1.5hrs out cost $200+. Overall nice place but too pricey for a leisurely good time. read more

Do NOT buy Groupons for this place! You'll get screwed. FYI - this is solely on Bowlero, not Groupon, based on the denial for refund response Bowlero gave Groupon. This bowling alley is unnecessarily and unreasonably expensive. There are better, less expensive bowling alleys in the area. That said, I purchased a Groupon more in line with what the cost should be thinking I'd surprise my kiddo with a fun night out. I took my kiddo to use the groupon before it expired and they had probably 20 open lanes but said they had no availability and couldn't guarantee any availability at any other of their locations spread throughout the area. The employee stated I could use the purchase price of the Groupon toward a future trip there. I told him that I would be asking groupon for a refund because a paid gift certificate was not what I purchased and he said he understood. I contacted groupon and they did an "investigation". Groupon replied, "We were able to get in touch with the Merchant regarding your voucher and got an confirmation stating that refund is been Denied. Merchant has confirmed honoring. As Per Fine Print, its subject to availability. Subject to merchant availability, so specific date/times are not guaranteed. As deal is final sale, and merchant has confirmed honoring, not eligible for a refund. Additionally, merchant has confirmed honoring for paid value after expiration so even past expiration there will be no issue." TL;DR: the Groupon "subject to availability" fine print means that they never actually have to have space for you; buying a Groupon means you are probably tying up your money to have to spend as a gift certificate in an overpriced, corporate owned business that does NOT care about customer service. Haven't been out bowling since pre-pandemic, so I was excited to finally attempt to go out to bowl. There were two workers at the register. Both were friendly and cracked jokes with us! Off to a great start. My friends and I had our own lane socially distanced from other people. Bowling balls of all weights were already conveniently placed at our lane. Rude waitstaff and manager. Ordered a pizza and pitcher. The attendant said no words and placed a small pepperoni pizza infront of me and left to retrieve my pitcher. She returned the pitcher to me with no words. I took the pitcher and beer assuming it was my pepperoni pizza and beer combo. She came 30 minutes later to rudely inform us we had take food that wasn't ours and delivered our pizza. We apologized and offered to return the pizza as we were full and had no intention to steal food, she stormed off. The rude manager returned 15 minutes later to charge us for the "stolen" food. The prices are 4 to $5 higher on the games and $3 higher on shoes. Food is Astronomically high and the manager is a snotnos punk, very bad attitude. Some young kid, we need to pull a table forward to set closer to the action. Manager said we couldn't do it. I told him we were there just 2 weeks ago and they had groups of people taking up 2 or 3 lanes. And they had all the tables pushed all the way forward. And we had to sit in the corner. So he talked to my wife and me like we were children. When I asked to speak to the manager, he Said he was the manager. Arrived to a 1 hour wait which isn't a big deal for a Saturday night. Spent at least 45 minutes in the line to order food. We got to our lane right after we ordered food. We ordered a sampler and small Sierra Mist. Total: $38. Took half the game (4players) 30 min to get our food. Food was hot and fresh. So I'm not complaining about that. Taste of food was just mediocre. I mean it's bowling alley food so I wasn't expecting much. They had next to no balls available. All over 12 lbs. One game for 2 people + shoe rentals was $27! Grand total: $65! For 2 people. This location is grossly overpriced. St Peters location is 100 times better. If you're going to go bowling try a smaller alley or drive to St Peters Bowlero. read more

We have been going to this bowling alley for some time, but since the branding change to Bowlero the service at this location has been terrible. Very indifferent employee interactions and disregard for customer experience. Every customer touch point there is a similar experience. From the front counter to the snack bar to the pro shop the customer service is in need of improvement. Also, the cost is excessive which I could ignore if service was remotely decent. I'm in shock. I tried to go bowling with my family and we did not have masks in our car. We went in to bowlero without masks and politely asked for masks. The worker gave us immediate degrading attitude and tried to charge us 5 dollars for a mask. After refusing to pay such morally incorrect prices we were kicked out and told to not come back. I wish I could give zero. I came on NYE during COVID and payed 112 for 6 people when only 4 came and played. From the start they had us in front and followed us into the bathroom each time and said we were going to the bathroom too much and accused us of drinking. We were following every guideline, minding our own business, and just wanting to bowl on NYE. We are 22 year olds and could have gone anywhere on NYE to drink. Bought a Groupon for our family of 6 to use this weekend. Staff was friendly. This was our first time being back since Covid began.
