I checked in with them 24hrs before my flight arrival and when I got there Mr Harold was waiting for me at a door outside baggage claim and we were off. Mr Harold spent the drive giving me the lay of the land, and restaurant recommendations; several of which I visited with my colleagues during my week long business trip. If i'm renting a bus service for 14 hours and then only have to use 8 of those hours, do you think a business would be happy to provide the correct service in the smaller window. Instead, he made a group of 30 people wait in a parking lot for over an hour and a half, nearly two hours for him. Because of this, we had to miss a dinner reservation.
