Update to a previous review: - I got the matcha latte this…read moremorning and it was the best matcha latte I've ever had. Nothing extra like rose or lavender - just matcha. Not sure what the baristas are doing differently, but they are crushing it. - The matcha frappe is solid and a nice morning frozen drink to offset a hot summer day. - I've been ordering their Lox and Bagel sandwich and it is always fresh, loaded with salmon, and cheap ($10) compared to every other place in town. Great deal! - They are fast in the morning with excellent service.

They offer both outdoor and indoor seating, but since it was a bit cold, we chose to sit inside. Seating indoors is somewhat limited, but we were able to grab a spot without much trouble. We ordered two different toasts, and both were so good--definitely the highlight. Each was around $13, which felt reasonable for the quality and portion. I also tried their unique PB latte, which was surprisingly delicious, along with a regular latte that was just as solid. Bonus points for the cute vibe--they also sell flower bouquets and other small items, which adds a nice touch to the space. Overall, I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

I was craving a little sweet treat one night. That's when I read that Yogurt Lounge was open late…read moreand so we tried it. The reviews were mixed on Yelp. But as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly young man at the counter. There were mostly teenagers in there mixed with a few adults. But it was clean, the froyo selection was perfect for me with t least 10 flavors to choice from if not more. The toppings bar was a So clean, freshly stocked, with a variety of choices. My hubby and I chose a medium cup and a mix of flavors with mix-ins. It was tasty, and fixed my sweet craving. I've returned a few times since and each time the same friendly young man was working and always friendly. Tasty fro-yo and prices average. (Here you pay by weight.).

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the ongoing lack of oversight and unacceptable conditions at the Yogurt Lounge location in 4S Ranch. After multiple visits, it has become clear that the issues at this store are not isolated incidents but a persistent pattern of negligence. The self‑serve sample station is consistently misused, with children taking excessive sample cups, returning repeatedly, and in some cases taking a plastic spoon and putting it in their bag so when the workers take the spoons away, they still have their spoons! This behavior occurs openly and regularly, yet staff members make no effort to intervene or enforce even the most basic standards of hygiene or order. The fact that this happens day after day without any employee stepping in is extremely concerning. What is even more troubling is the staff's complete lack of engagement. Employees remain behind the counter, distracted and disengaged, even when misuse of the sample station is happening directly in front of them. This level of inattentiveness is unacceptable for any food‑service establishment. It results in unnecessary product waste, creates an unprofessional environment, and raises legitimate health and safety concerns. At this point, the situation reflects a failure in both employee training and store management. Customers should not have to witness or report these issues for them to be addressed. It is the responsibility of the staff and leadership to maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitary environment, and that is clearly not happening. I expect that this matter will be taken seriously and that immediate corrective action will be implemented. Increased staff presence on the floor, enforcement of hygiene standards, and clear policies regarding sample usage are not optional; they are necessary for maintaining a safe and respectable business. Like this, Kid Named Sashank Comes Every Day With His Personal Spoon 4 Times a Day. I cannot stop seeing him every day when I walk past Yogurt Lounge. This is really unacceptable, le and I don't like how the children come to the yogurt Lounge and just take ice cream without paying! I know him because my son is friends with him. I told my son to tell his friend to stop coming, and his friend said, "Sure," but then, 10 minutes later, he was at the yogurt lounge, spending 20 minutes eating ice cream! Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing meaningful improvements without delay. Sincerely, Vincent Abraham.

Visited this location for the first time on National Açaí day (April 2026) and was highly impressed…read moreby the excellent customer service, cleanliness of the store, and how organized/prepared each staff member was. The quality/temperature of the açaí was way better than other local locations, which is important for consistency and susceptibility of melting. 10/10!

Their bowls are usually ok. Not great. The texture and flavor of the acai to me is a bit off…read more Sweeter than it should be - they changed their acai base from what I liked when they first opened. But I still go occasionally, because it's overpriced and a bit off, but if I squint (with my taste buds) it's still acai and overall good if that's what I'm craving. This location is fine, but it's nothing special. There are some tables and chairs out front (nice to have) that somehow always make me feel like I'm eating in the middle of the parking lot (less ideal). The workers are typically... very young, so customer service is a mixed bag depending on who you get. However, today I was informed that they were out of an ingredient in their "Sunny" signature bowl that I was trying to order because it said it supports Mt Carmel Athletics. I said OK, great - can I get a different ingredient instead? (Because in my mind, if you're out of part of the product that the customer is paying for... you'd get something else added to equal the original amount of product.) I was told I could remove something from a signature bowl, but adding or swapping a different ingredient would make it a custom/ choose-your-own bowl instead. I neither had the energy to nor felt I should have to delve into a conversation about inconsistencies of logic, the concept of getting what you pay for, or the fact that generally speaking this has not previously been the response at other stores in the same situation. So I ended up smiling, saying nevermind, and leaving without a bowl. They won't be losing much money on me since I don't go often, but in future my choice will be easy as I'll just always go next door for OG Golden Spoon froyo instead.
