I don't know if management also changed, but my…read moreinteraction with an employee I'd never seen before, who turned out to be the manager, was the single worst convenience store experience of my life. I stopped in for fuel and a MegaMillions lottery purchase on April 1st, and my understanding was the the MegaMillions price had gone up to $5 in April. The cashier, who turned out to be the manager and should have been able to help me, did not know anything about the price change, and he had no suggestions when the machine rejected the multi-draw ticket I had filled out. Even worse, his attitude from the jump indicated that he could not have cared less about helping me. I finally had to do some googling and learn that the price increase would not be until April 8, which meant that I could only purchase two multi-draws (a ticket for April 1st and April 5th) I corrected my ticket, but the machine still wouldn't take it, and the manager was not being helpful. I decided to see if he could punch in the multi-draw and my numbers manually, but he could not seem to figure it out. I finally filled out a second form, and the machine took that one. HOWEVER, when I pulled out my money, expecting to pay $4, he wanted to charge me $6 because he had processed one ticket manually and the other two using the form. That was HIS mistake because I, the customer, made it clear that I wanted only two draws, but he insisted that I pay for two Tuesday draws, which is stupid, a waste of money. The manager became increasingly belligerent, over $2 mind you, even though I continued to politely say "I'm happy to pay for the two tickets." He finally took the tickets back and said "that's okay" or something like that, and he refused to sell me the tickets, or even fuel. I had been a semi-regular customer at the Mobil/Sunoco since 2018, but after the way he treated me, I will NEVER go back, and I hope that the owner sees how his manager is treating customers.

I was greeted by a young women who locked all the coolers a half hour early because she said it was policy, even though I pointed out the multiple signs saying that you can buy beer up until midnight. So I will be speaking with management or higher ups because this has happened way too often due to laziness of a worker wanting to play on their phone instead of helping a customer. dont get me wrong, if it was past midnight I wouldn't have even tried, but because it was 11:25 and she blatantly agreed with me that I was allowed to buy beer until midnight and she didnt feel like unlocking the cooler is terrible customer service.

I filled my tank and drove 20 miles and used a quarter of a tank. Usually wouldn't even move the needle. Won't go here for gas anymore. TIP: Even though the line at Dunkin Donuts is super long in the morning, nobody seems to go inside at this location - so if your in a rush, definitely go inside.

I think asking for a status update is definitely a reasonable thing to do. But the response I got was grumpy and uncalled for. Instead of politely telling me they haven't received the part they needed to fix my car, they acted like I was inconvenicing them just for calling. Dude. You have MY car.
