The two movers that came were professional and moved quickly, and the whole thing was done within a couple of hours. There was some confusion about the deposit, which I thought would be applied to the final bill, but was actually a separate charge. This was explained to me before the work started, and since I'd budgeted to spend more than the initial estimate, it wasn't a big problem for me. Just be aware if you're booking that this is part of their process. Ultimately, I felt like the money I spent was worth it because it saved me a lot of time and stress, and that was my priority. I'd definitely use them again. Update: I actually did use them again, two years later. Happy to report that my experience was just as positive the second time. Turned up well on time and the crew of 3 led by Jackson were ready to go. They completed their work in good time and were very careful with all of our belongings. Unable to fault them for any reason. I am in the service industry and it was pleasing to see a young team that truly came to work. We actually hate moving as we have done it 19 times. We decided not to go with this business because I received an email from the person who came to provide a quote to us, that was meant for his colleague. It was not meant to be sent to me and we found it extremely un-professional to discuss our situation in the email to the colleague.
