Everything seems fine until you have a complaint, at which point you either get ignored like the other reviewer or, in my case, asked to leave the office. Let me share my experience with them. I began by spending a significant amount on my invisible aligners. No one informed me that once I completed this process, I would need an additional set of easy invisible aligners for nighttime for the rest of my life! I was never told that the invisible aligners I paid thousands for, which i had 24/7 for a year, wouldn't actually straighten my teeth and that I would need a wire stick to my teeth for the rest of my life. Only a few months after installing the wire it broke. I called the clinic to report that the wire had broken just a few months into treatment and that I needed a replacement, I wasn't told I would have to pay $350 I to fix it. No one warned me about this fee, despite their claims to the contrary. (I told the lady that the call should be recorded and she can listen to it and see that nobody ever told me about the fee before arriving to the appointmen). Just to clarify, the only reason I had to get the wire instolled is that the original invisible aligners failed to straighten my teeth. After requesting to speak with the doctor several times, she finally came accusing me of being dramatic and loud (which I take fully responsibility for I did lost my patient in respond to the rudeness of the other workers) and asking me to leave the office, stating she wouldn't address the issue at that moment. I am extremely disappointed. It feels like they withhold crucial information from their patients to extract more money from them later, and once patients catch on to their methods, they avoid them. it sure feels like they take advantage on the fact that you've paid upfront and now you committed to the process unless you want to change a doctor and then you will pay again. I wish I would've read the one star review before. at this point I'm waiting for them to get back with me so I can get my wire fixed. I will keep you posted on what happened. Dr Boutros took care of both my girls for their braces. She and her staff are so kind, professional, and did a great job! Highly recommend!!

Let me start off by saying, I've been a customer of theirs since 2014! Once I had my braces taken off, I got two permanent retainers, one on top, one on bottom. I still have the original bottom retainer to this day. In January 2020, I needed the top one completely replaced. $400 later, I'm driving back to where I live in Austin to enjoy my new retainer. Around May or June the left side's glue began rubbing off, I could feel the wire. My fantastic dentist solved that for me immediately. Sometime in September, I am eating soft, grilled onions and the right side's glue completely comes apart! My retainer is now dangling from one tooth. I call the office and let them know, they wanted to CHARGE ME $70!!! When I drive all the way to Houston for my appointment, I expect to see Dr. Boutros. No where in sight! She sees me at every appointment I've ever been to. After one girl REFUSES to let me see her, the girl at the front desk begins looking for her. A little later after waiting, she comes out and is as sweet as can be! She takes a look and has it done without charge after they had all asked me about 15 times whether perm retainers are a good option for me, like it was my fault! I head to the front desk to check out and I am handed a dismissal notice, ending our doctor-patient relationship, from the front desk clerk! I've asked for the second opinion of both of my dentists, in Austin and Houston. They both told me the same thing, "the retainer coming loose within that time frame is just NOT normal" and any other office would honor the work they did 8 MONTHS AGO! The sad part about the whole thing, is I know Dr. Boutros personally. What a *****! Weirdest thing I've ever experienced, honestly. I just remembered that one of the girls told me not to floss under my retainer and that it could rub the glue off! My dentist was appalled and assured me it was BAD dental advice! read more

I have been coming to Dr. Boutros for the last 2 years and she has been amazing! The staff has been so friendly and helpful each time I visit! Even when you have any issues with your teeth or scheduling appointments, everyone does their best to accommodate you and your schedule! I was hesitant to start Invisalign due to my front tooth having short roots which could fall out if I started treatment. But Dr. Boutros saved my tooth and kept checking my progress and every single detail in order to try to keep it as long as possible! The staff is so caring and everyone is detail oriented that I always come out smiling and happy after ever appointment. As an adult patient I appreciated Dr. Boutros' attention to detail and feel like she really listened and kept me informed about the progress of my teeth throughout the entire process...They offered a great payment plan option that was interest free...I was able to use my flexpay from my employer and pay it off over 2 years...All of her staff is very friendly and very gentle. For most of my treatment Erica was the assistant who was always very friendly and professional...I also witnessed their kindness with their youth patients...The entire process was Painless and now I feel like my smile is PRICELESS...I am so glad I chose Dr. Boutrous. read more

Dr. Boutros and her staff were extremely warm and inviting throughout my whole experience. They explained what was happening each step of the way, and what I should do at home in order to maintain my braces. I really loved how attentive they were.
