Dr. Boutros has been the best Medical Doctor my family has ever had. He is honest, diligent and always there when you need him.

Very slow and bad appointment making. Schedules for 3 and hes Never on time and people always waiting for him when he arrives at 5 usually from what I've noticed. He doesn't ask a lot of questions or give a lot of answers. Quick to write a script and push you off. read more

Today I went in and I saw Kathleen she's the RN I am so happy I found this Doctor and everybody is so nice and thoughtful and helpful and kind. They just don't stop there's no into it. This is the best doctor I have ever seen. He takes care of every need. I need a shoulder replacement he's taking care of all my Pain management. Waited 2 hours for my son's appointment. Six people in front of us where all scheduled for the same time. My son was there for pain in his knee, shoulder and feet. He also had a very active cough. After waiting so long my son spent 3 minutes with this guy, he acted like he was very put out by him being there. The other patients were say hi to the dr because they had seen him before, this was my son's first experience with his actual primary. He did send him to get x rays unfortunately he marked the wrong knee. Tried calling to let them know but nobody ever answered the phone. He put in an authorization for a pain Dr. It sounds like he did everything he could do but the attitude, the wait and lack of bedside manner and nobody answering the phone I'm giving this place one star. read more

I was there on Nov 2018, doctor put the referral for me to see 3 specialists, although staff were telling me that "ya, we sent the request" but they never did until 5 days passed! (they were lying to me) finally they submitted the request; after 2-3 weeks and when I didn't receive any update, I called my insurance, they said they spoke with Pearl (one of the staff member) and she voided the request!! What? I was waiting to see specialist for 3 weeks and she voided the request! without talking to me! without letting me know why! I called the office to figure that out, Pearl was not available and never returned my call. So in simple words: Try to see another doctor. I hope Dr Boutros sees this complain and does something about his office and patient care. read more

I'm a new patient to this practice. I'm new to this area and my dr of 25 years retired a year or so ago and I've had trouble finding a good fit ever since. I guess I'm just used to quality care. I haven't had to step into this office because of Covid, I've been able to do appointments over zoom. When I first made an appointment the lady that answered for myself and my boyfriend when I called to make the appointment, she couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. I was extremely frustrating to repeat yourself 5 times for an email. But the person I talked to over the phone for my appointment was very nice and seemed to be ok. It wasn't the dr though. He was someone below a dr, nurse practitioner is what I think he called himself. Well my boyfriend actually had to go into the office so my first encounter with the front desk staff was horrible. I needed to get forms filled out and I couldn't just drop them off I had to make an appointment but the girls in the front weren't helpful. One of them didn't have any knowledge of anything and needed to ask the other lady there who was very rude. So I had to make an appointment to get them filled out. She informed me they could "fit me in" in 2 days. And when I came back for the appointment she was just as rude. Needless to say we will be finding a new dr. The doctor could be great for all I know (haven't seen this person yet as I've only seen a NP) but their front desk staff is terrible and they make or break a practice and it's broken. read more

I came here for my pre-surgery clearance and they didn't have any of the necessary paperwork, their fax didn't work, and they were very under-staffed THEN...they called me back after I left and said I needed to come back because they forgot to do something. I only went here because I had to (long story). Dr is always late (as told by the receptionist herself) and the receptionist is not knowledgeable nor helpful. She mutters and shows 'tude when I ask her to repeat herself. I am a native English speaker so it's not my comprehension ability or lack thereof, but it is very difficult to understand when someone mumbles sentences so abruptly as if each word was like a hot potato. I cannot believe that this Dr has not had trouble with the medical review board. 1. Changes hours whenever he feels like it 2. Sometimes doesnt show up at all, leaving his front office staff trying to reschedule the thirty people in the waiting room and out on the sidewalk. 3. Overbooks so much that he is always 2 to 3 hours behind 4. His record keeping is terrible, he has no idea what you are taking and why 5. often writes the wrong prescription!!!!!! 6. Never follows up on referrals 7. I think I would die if he was called upon to treat me in a hospital 8. Incapable of even completing a simple referral, Dr. Boutros's office has proven itself negligent and incompetent. This is regrettable because I had been told by a relative that Dr. Boutros himself is a knowledgable doctor. I visited Dr. Boutros's office in September about an urgent back problem (that was keeping me from work) and was told the office had submitted a claim for physical therapy that would take one month to be approved. Four months later, it is now January and I am just starting physical therapy after a lot of lost time. It turns out Boutros's office failed to submit the paperwork --twice. I only found out after calling my insurance in November to inquire about the delay--this after talking to Boutros's office several times with confirmation the referral was definitely submitted. Moreover, the physical therapist showed me the paperwork Boutros's office ultimately filled out and said it was incomplete, so it was a wonder it actually went through. Bear in mind that this office NEVER answers the phone, not even to pharmacy calls. This necessitated frequent in-person visits to nudge them on prescription refill requests since CVS's calls & faxes all get ignored. CVS tells me they called multiple times a day, every day for four days before giving up. It goes without saying that if such a routine task is below them, anything else (like getting a referral) will take a lot of effort on your part to help them get it done. read more

I love Dr. Boutros. He has always been helpful with my needs and is a genuine man. He is smart and knows what he is doing. The office is a bit rushed at times and overbooked. But to me it is worth it to pay a smaller fee than most other offices, and wait a little longer. Cheap price + longer wait = worth it to me! read more

Stay away from this doctor if possible. When your love ones passed away and want to have service early it's not going to happen with this doctor. Also staffs at this office doesn't like to pick up phone calls. So stay away or request for another doctor before it's too late. Had the WORST EXPERIENCE ever! I called in and made an appointment, but when I got there, they said I was not eligible because Dr. Boutros was not my PCP effective that day. Despite the personal arrangements I made to make the appointment, they rescheduled my appointment without any accommodations (confirm the purpose of my visit/ask who I talked to/take notes/find out which staff member gave me false information) or every a simple apology. I went back the following week and they had me fill out paperwork which they read and "realized" that I was there for what I told the staff member about when I called in. They said it is not covered by insurance (costs $275) and the doctor is not in for that purpose on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. I explained that the person who made my appointment told me what to bring but never mentioned the out-of-pocket cost or the days that the doctor works for that purpose. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY. The staff members are not knowledgeable, courteous, or responsible. I left that day and will never go back. Customer service means NOTHING to them. First it of all i was looking for good doctor because i had a problem with my old doctor he wasn't good at all .so i wanted to switch doctors so my husband told me about dr adel botris while i already scheduled sn appointment but since my husband told me he's speaks egyption and it would be easier for me to comunicate with him . i called and scheduled an appointment which the staff has horrible atttuide i got an appointment at 4:30 and i asked if i can come at 6 when i finish work , they said NO . so i left work early and got there! i was totally shocked!!!!!!!!!!!!! like seriously the place is a very low class and i got in there and there were about 15 people waiting in a very very small room , i thought i was lost and i'm in a wrong place! so i asked the front desk lady are these people waiting? when i'm going to see the dr ? she said i have to wait for 45 mintues!!!!! i freaked out but i said i'm already here! and left work for this appointment ! so i got to see the doctor after 2 HOURSSSSS !!!!!!!!!!! so i got in there waiting for the doctor i told him my ears is hurting and itching its been a year my old dr didnt really help so i'm here today he took a look and his phone was ringing!! he PICKED UP his phone and talked on the phone with a patient for 10 mintues!!!! i feelt i was disrespected by him as a new patient and after he was done he told me you're done wait and i will be right back! he left and the nurse came to give me a description for antibitics only!! so i told the nure i asked the dr to give a referral to ENT with gaynacologest , she said ohh wait when his done with the other patient!!!!!!!!!! so i went out and they asked for next appointment i said i will never came back here and tell the nurse i don't a referral because of course he will send to a doctor like him unprofessional .. i was very upset and mad because i wasted my TIME ,MONEY and left work early unpaid!!!! i created a profile on yelp just to write this and it's my first review because i wanted everyone to be away from this doctor unless you want to waste time and money read more

My doctor is supposed to be Dr. Boutros but I've never even seen this doctor it's always someone else. I'm not even sure if Boutros is male or female. The office is disgusting and unorganized. I went for a physical and to get referred to an orthopedic for my knee and wrist. When I went in I got they check up and then the doctor asked me if I want blood work done and I immediately declined. There was no way I was having any needle put in me the way this office looked! I was referred to get X-rays right after and they sent me on a wild goose chase to wrong locations! I was furious. Went in for an appointment at 1:15pm today, after waiting 30 minutes the receptionist tells me that I won't even be seeing the doctor today and I'll be seeing his assistant but she just left for lunch and asked if I could wait another 30 minutes for her to return. This office doesn't deserved a star at all. They are never available to answer the phone, they don't keep appointments as scheduled. Terrible staff, very disorganized and no consistent with policy. I have only seen the Dr. 3 times out of 10 appointments. I have had to wait up to 3 hours only to find out that Dr Boutros wasn't even in the office and I would be seen by a P.A. (Physician Assistant), which by the way, I was not informed of. When I call for my last appointment, I specifically asked to see Dr Boutros because of my recent surgery, but when I arrived, I was refused service because I was 7 min late and the P.A was leaving. The Dr was not even in the office AGAIN. The P.A agreed to stay after I told them how hard it was to get to the new office which I had not been advised about the move to their new office and it was not even listed on the building's directory so I was lost. Once the P. A. checked me, I needed a referral for an eye specialist. He instead suggested that I should check my eyes at Costo. I was confused and upset. Why should I go to Costco when I have insurance and I need to see an specialist for my eye problems???? If you care about your health and your well being and you want to be treated with respect and courtesy, Do not choose this Dr. as your primary care physician. I called to make an appointment and was told they had a cancellation and I could come in at 3:15. When I got there I found out he wasn't even there and at 4:30 he still wasn't there. There were 5 people ahead of me waiting to be seen. I was told by one of the patients that she had been in his office 5 times and had never met the doctor, but saw his PA. Now he doesn't have a PA so he makes people wait. He only takes appointments after 3:00 pm because he is running around to different hospitals and the office staff told me that this pretty much happens all the time. I must say this is by far the worst Doctor office. My mom needed a refills on her prescription and the doctor told her to call back to give him the location. She tried calling for month almost everyday and nobody picked up the phone. Finally we decided to go to the office in person and talked to JOAN (Asian Lady). She was extremely rude and didn't not care about picking up the phone. While she was talking to me she kept putting people on hold and leave them on hold until they would hang up. She finally called the pharmacy and ordered my prescription and I asked her to ask for the pharmacist name so when I go there I won't have problems. She got off the phone and I asked her what the pharmacist name was and she looked at me and said "Liz". On my way to the pharmacy I called them to talk to Liz and the said they don't have anyone there by that name. This "doctor" is an idiot and I'm writing this review in behalf of my mom who just came home from an appointment. My mom has had a nasty cough and she made an appointment earlier in the week but got called the day before the appointment because the doctor couldn't see her. So she called the third party call center (which literally have no idea what's going on) to schedule another appointment. She finally went in for her appointment for her cough today (they didn't check for fever, blood pressure or anything) doc just wrote a script. The script was clearly wrong and was for a glucose machine, alcohol swabs etc. clearly incorrect since my mom is not diabetic. She brought this issue up to the receptionist who yelled at her saying it's the right script and told her to give it to the pharmacist and they will fill it. I'm livid to say the least, she's home now with no script for the antibiotics they told her they were going to prescribe. Completely incompetent, rude, and clearly have no care for their patients. He and his staff should get zero stars and it's very clear by the other reviews written that they are awful. Stay away. read more

The doc doesn't take the time to actually listen to what you have say or what your problem is... I waited for almost 2 hours and had a list of problems and concerns to talk to doc about but he took less then 10mins with me.. I felt like I was rushed, he gave me referrals to see two other specialists... And the front desk told me that I will get in email about my referrals waited almost 4wks with calling them back and forth most of the time they don't even pick up the phone... And when finally got the approval to set an appointment to the docs they referred me to, I called him one of them, they said this is a children's place we don't see adults here the other one they didn't even provide me with a number to call google the name of the doc to figure out the number found two docs under the same name both an hour to two hours away... I called them again the front desk lady well Joanna I s the one that puts the referrals in and she is out sick... Totally disregarded that I am sick person too and I need them figure it... A week has passed now I still haven't heard from them.... Not to forget I stop by in person to make an appointment with them because like I mentioned that they don't answer their phones ... As soon as I got to their office I called them again to see if they would pick up their phone went in I see the two front desk ladies sitting their just chatting it away walked up to and said "pick up the phone to am calling" this clinic is just a horrible place they don't meet your need they don't care about their patients... Dr Boutros is a GREAT Dr!! He saved me from a sinus infection difficult to figure out, since I only had painful headaches. He prescribed the right medicine. He is very nice and pacient, he is never in a rush and listens to you carefully and when he finishes giving his prescription, he asks if you have any other questions, or health problems you need to take care of, He is very thorough, caring and not greedy. Stay Away if you can! I have been there now four times trying to find out what is wrong with my stomach. After two blood tests and an ultra sound the Dr walked in and asked, "What can I do for you today". Told him I had been here multiple times and was here to check the results of a blood test. They didn't call me to tell me it was in, I had to call myself and make them check. Anyway, all negative so far. He then refers me to a specialist to have a test run. I had already had an ultra sound and needed a HIDA exam now. For two weeks I have been trying to schedule this test and each time I call the testing place, West Coast Radiology, they tell me they dont have the approval from my Dr. so I call Dr. Boutros's office and they say they will take care of it. I call back to make the appointment and the same thing. I come to find out they are sending the approval for the Ultra Sound, THREE TIMES. I went into Dr. Boutros's office and they said they will fix it and get the right approval over, dismissed me and sent me away. I called to make the appointment and they sent the ultra sound approval over. Forth time. So today I went to go in and have it taken care of and got the worst attitude from the same lady behind the counter. I started to talk to her to tell her what is going on, calmly I might add, and she would not look up from her computer and stop doing other things and listen to me. I told I would wait until she was ready as she had made the same mistake 4 times and I needed to go over the document to make sure it is correct. She then snapped at me and said very rudely, I AM HELPING YOU! At that point she still had not looked at me and kept typing so I informed her I will need to find another doctor, that she was extremely unprofessional and I am getting sicker as she keeps screwing up and not paying attention to me or my file. Now by reading hte other posts about the staff, I wish I had checked ratings before I chose this Doctor. Lesson learned. read more

I recently had to have my prescription refilled with Dr. Boutros at Moulton Family Medical Clinic. I sent the request to my pharmacy at Wal Mart on Saturday. I realize that the doctor's office is closed until Monday. I end up calling the pharmacy four times and I had to call the doctor's office another four times before they told me on late Wednesday afternoon that I had to come in to get my prescription refilled. By this time, I ran out of prescription. I asked the doctor's office to see if they can get me in by Thursday to see the doctor. One of the office clerk tells me that the doctor can't take any more appointment until following week. I asked them if I can get a temporary refill until I can see the doctor. She said that is not possible until I see the doctor. I asked her can I speak to the doctor. She said he does not come in until late in the afternoon and he lives right away. I'm wondering what is anybody suppose to do if they need to get hold of him on a emergency situation and who runs the clinic when the doctor is not around. I did finally made an appointment with another doctor at a different office on the same day and got my prescription refilled. I understand that the Dr. Boutros is busy, but they need to find a way for their patiences to be more accessible with him in more timely manner. Also, the staff needs to be more understanding with their patience needs. They definitely in my opinion needs to be retrained to be more helpful. I will not ever see Dr. Boutros again and I would never recommend him to anyone. read more
