This whole practice needs to be looked into by some regulatory agency, maybe insurance or Medicare. The practice seems to be about selling services/products OUTSIDE of insurance/Medicare. First, the waiting room is full of literature for trendy services/procedures such as weight loss, skin tightening, vaginal rejuvenation and other "cosmetic" type services. All cash procedures. Second, he sells his own "private label" supplements and vitamins right there in the waiting area/check-in. He ALWAYS recommends some of his products, walks you out and grabs stuff off the shelves and doesn't ask, but assumes you will be buying these. Also NOT covered by insurance or Medicare. Lastly; His "private label" vitamins are 3X the cost and exactly the same as any CVS or Rite-Aide! read more

Dr. Ali is one of the best, kind, and caring doctors I've ever seen. I was suffering from GERD and acid reflux for years. I was taking prescriptions with no help to address the real problem. He suggested a strict diet and supplement regime for a few months. Within 1-2 months, my symptoms went away pretty much to none. I now take just supplements without prescription and no dietary restrictions besides avoiding onions and really spicy foods. He listened to my suffering, and really cared to help me get to a normal feeling and enjoying life once again. I have been a patient of Dr. Ali for about 3-4 years and am extremely happy with his holistic approach to medical care. Earlier today I had a medical issue that required immediate attention and they made the appointment with Spring, the certified nurse practitioner. Spring looked at the vitals and prior blood work, did the diagnosis, crafted a plan, and implemented it perfectly. Every step of the way was right on target, and I am happy to report the problem is completely gone. She set me up for additional blood tests and suggestions for future follow up visits to make sure the problem does not return. I am totally happy with her work and especially the positive outcome. If you want a doctor that takes the time to diagnose and help you, maybe give lifestyle advice or act as more than a drug dealer - keep looking. Also, despite the fact that FEDERAL LAW changed August 2012, they still try to charge me for my well woman exam. And when I show them the web page citing the law, I get attitude the rest the time I am here. Dr. Ali put me on a very high dose of thyroid medicine after one blood test; turns out it was a fluke; I spent the next six months learning the hard way to not trust doctors who react as drug dealers to one test without doing any further investigation. I have been with Dr. Ali for a few years now, and I am always impressed with his intellect, insight and abilities - as well as his kindness and patience. Dr. Ali has helped me with a few real challenges, including high blood pressure and crippling pain due to a neck/nerve injury. Sadly this won't allow me to give less than one star. This office is so unorganized. My father has the misfortune of having Dr. Ali as his primary care physician (nor for much longer we hope). While pending a surgery clearance from Dr. Ali, we had to contact the office to let them know the results of lab work (pretty sure that's their responsibility) and inform them of abnormalities. Several hours later we received a phone call from a pharmacy letting us know my father had a prescription available. The office never contacted us to tell us they were sending in a prescription or what it was for. We contacted the office to see if my father needed any additional testing prior to surgery and we were informed we would get a call from the PA before the end of the day. Never got a call. The day before surgery we got a call from the surgeon saying they had not received any information from Dr. Ali and might have to cancel the planned surgery. We immediately called Dr. Ali's office who then FOR THE FIRST TIME looked at lab results after being sent to his office two weeks prior saying that he would need to do additional tests. I've never known an office who communicates as terrible and treats their patients so poorly. Do yourself a favor and save time and sanity and DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Almost put me in the hospital because he wouldn't listen to me about how I felt worse after starting meds! Then he's always pushing those supplements! I have been going to Dr. Ali now for over a year. He has been very helpful and fully considerate of any problems that I have addressed with him. I appreciate him taking the time with me to discuss things rather than rushing me out of the office like most Doctors do as they have a time limit for every patient. I recently changed insurance and was assigned Dr. Mohammed Ali as my primary physician because my previous physician couldn't be my primary. Soon after this I broke my foot and need to get a referral to an Othro surgeon from my primary (sucks having HMO). Dr. Ali wasn't available, so they had me see his PA which I had no issue with since I already had an x-ray showing my broken foot. Here is where the problems began. 1. I call to make an appointment and I'm told they can see me tomorrow (perfect) but I need to come in at 2:30 no later because they are so booked-up. Seemed reasonable since it was such short notice. I get there I'm the only one there and the receptionist tells me while I'm filling out the new patient paperwork, don't worry about rushing your the last patient of the day and were are here till 5. 2. While I'm there three different people come in to buy supplement/pills and I notice in the waiting room there all these tables (4 total) covered with all these different brochures and business cards laid-out some for medical related things like family therapist but some are four things like hippotherapy and " weird" stuff and when I walk up to the receptionist desk I see they have a book shelf behind the counter that is floor to sealing and probably 30 feet long full of supplement/pills, basically is office is a front selling stuff. If Cigna knew about what was going on in the office I don't think they would have assigned me to the doctor. 3. I finally to get in to see the PA her name is Amena M. Ali, she was very rude and passive aggressive in the way she spoke to me and asked me questions. She spoke to me like I was an dumb or something, which I'm not I have a Masters degree. This place horrible. I had an appointment with Dr Mohamd Ali. He came to he's office late. My appointment was at 11:30 he saw me at 12:15 and then he saw me he schedules me for a next month. So I had to cancel my appointment with doctor Ali before he's appointment date. It kept going to voice mail until today they called me in the morning to show up and the lady who called me from he's office tells me to call if I might want to cancel. So I called at the same number to cancel my appointment. Every time I call the number there's something wrong with the phone service or something it won't complete the phone call. My rating is for front office staff only. They are not very friendly at all. I worked front office before and I would not last one minute if I acted as these girls act. They rarely smile. Zero personality. Poor communication and people skills. I just don't understand how they are still employed there. I only keep returning because I really appreciate the PA/NP I see. I've never even met the Doctor. The girls are in their own world behind that counter and no one else matters. We met Dr. Ali at St Josephs Hospital. He came in to see us after we were admitted through the ER department. It was late and he must have had such a long day of surgeries and rounds. But it didn't matter. He sat with us, talked with us, answered all our questions, put us at ease that we would have a plan in place once we determined the source of the pain, etc. My mother-in-law was in excruciating pain in her back, hip and knee. Dr. Ali is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate and had great bedside manner with us. He is easy to talk to and a great listener. He ordered several tests and answered all our questions. She is in rehab now and we have an appt to see him next week. We are looking forward to him treating her case as we know we are in excellent hands. He really cared about us. read more

Dr Ali is the best doctor in the United States, you will never find a doctor that cares about his patients and will spend as much time with you as your care needs. Dr Ali is not a doctor that runs you in and out in two minutes like most doctors. I have been seeing Dr Ali for over 10 years now. He is a kind man that cares about your health, he cares about you, he cares about his staff and nurses and treats them like family. I have been in severe pain for years now. Dr Ali sent me to a neurologist 24 months ago and they diagnosed me with Peripheral neuropathy and my nerves were completely gone from hips to my toes and from my shoulders to my finger tips. The neurologist told me this was caused from Chemical exposure from working on a farm for 30 years. The neurologist told me there is nothing I can do and will always have peripheral neuropathy for the rest of my life and he could only treat with pain medication and nerve medication. Dr Ali suggested we try Myers cocktails and help grow the nerves back. When your in as much pain as I was you will try anything. I started 24 months ago going once a week getting Myers cocktail infusions. After 6 months my nerves had grown about 18", after 12 months my nerves had grown down my leg and started into my feet, after 18 months there wasn't a lot of progress and I had skipped several treatments due to travel. I decided to fly to Dallas and get stem cells to see if they would help finish off the nerves growing back into my feet. I just went back Monday (24 months) to the neurologist for another nerve conduction study and my neurologist was shocked my peripheral neuropathy was gone and cured. I know this is a long review but I want every one to know what a great Doctor Dr Ali is and he took the time out of his very busy day to spend over 30 minutes with me every week pushing the infusion hisself and not put in a IV and let you sit in a room until the drip was finished. Dr Mohamed Ali has been my Dr for the past 8yrs. Me and my wife have been seen by both him and his wife Ameena. Both are kind and caring. Not like most dr's who only treat the symptoms, Dr Ali and Ameena actually try to uncover the cause of your medical situation and put you on a plan. My wife has also been very happy with Ameena. I have been seeing the Nutritionist Al Fusco who has also helped me bring my lab #s back to normal all with natural supplements and I was also able to lose weight and feel so much better with the program. read more

WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE EVER!!! -The worst part about this office is the TOTALLY INCOMPETENT front office staff. Told Ali about it. He ignored my comments. -One of the staff called to tell me a prescription had been filled. She advised me to take the medication 4 times per day. If I hadn't known to only take 1 per day, the dose she specified literally would have killed me. Told Ali about it. He wanted proof. How am I supposed to have proof of what was said in a cell phone call? Why would I make this up? -Ali doesn't want to handle your medical problems if they are complicated. He told me so in his office when I challenged him on something else. By the way, he doesn't like to be challenged either. -He's also a predator. After telling another patient (related to me) that they had DCIS, stage 0 breast cancer, he told them that certain vitamins (that he sells) will help the condition. When we ran that by the oncologist, she laughed and stated that it couldn't hurt but wouldn't help. He wants you to take his vitamins for everything. -I was with him for a couple years. He NEVER asked me when my last physical was or suggested I have one. My new doctor asked me at our first visit like a good doctor does. read more

I have really bad experience not with Dr Mohammed M Ali who i want to be my doctor Originally but his wife Amena start seeing me & she is his practitioner nurse , they told me he moved & not there . Amena start seeing me , i trusted here she was kind & nice to me until she let me do all the tests & prescribe all medication i don't need . i got sick went to the ER six times & every time i call here either busy or in the other office , she give me Thyroid medication, Blood pressure & diabetes medication & Xanax . i was sick for six months in& out of the hospital , left allot of messages no answer ..finally i stopped all medication went through all the withdrawals from taking all these medication that i don't need contact here & here husband about all what happen to me , all i got phone calls from them ..in that point i didn't want to deal with them anymore , I didnt even get curtsy letter to be reimbursed for all my expenses for loosing all my sick pay,Vacation pay & hospital Er bills ..I will never recommend here for anybody , did allot of tests after with another doctor she re-assure me that i don't need the medication she give me .. read more
