I first encountered this business while looking for a restaurant with my friend after an appointment in a nearby location. A very lovely young woman approached us on the sidewalk and handed us a "free" lotion packet. Then she asked me to wait a moment and hurried into the store and came out with a Q-tip with something on it. She said it was a miracle lotion that would get rid of my eye-bags. I let her put some on while my friend tapped her foot (we were late for lunch reservations). I told the girl we had to rush away and she argued telling me I had to come inside to see the wonderful results that were about to happen to my eye bags! They aren't actually that bad, and I just rushed away apologizing to her because we were late. She followed a few steps not registering we were LATE! At lunch the conversation came to the aggressive sales people on Brighton Blvd. I just laughed it off but my daughter who we had joined at the table said "Hey, it looks like it worked!' I looked at my friend and she said, "Yeah, it looks better than the other eye"! (I must say she did the better eye also) I forgot about it until my next visit to the doctor nearby where I went to get stitches taken out. I decided to walk over to that "spa" and see what the lotion would cost just to see if I could afford it. I have to say suddenly I felt like I was trapped in a vortex of some kind!! There was another young woman there that day who was "befriending" me and I have to say she was good. I'm a grandmother and she was so cute and nice and rather loving. She told me things like the main guy for the spa happened to be there for the day and if I was lucky "maybe" he would have time to show me what they could do for my skin. I didn't want to wait, but she hurried me upstairs to their "newly built" treatment area where I was to get a "free" consultation with the "best" in the business! I had already purchased the eye-bag lotion...it was "half price" at $500+. Look, I had recently become a widow about two years hence. I was vulnerable and I want to look attractive again after a terrible loss of my life partner. Plus I am not good at saying "no" to sweet young women because I raised a few. I'm not blaming them, but I do think they have a scheme of sorts. I was totally taken by the whole thing..a small town girl from out of state...I was in 90210!! To make a long story longer, I left with two huge bags of product and a red-light tool that is supposed to keep the fine lines on my face from getting worse and I will never get many more as long as I use their serum and that laser light. You can guess what I ended up paying for all of this...well probably not. When I got home I kept worrying about what I had just done. The "speciailst" ..the guy who came and gave me a special consult about my skin who handled the sale and filled my fancy shopping bags with product and that special light had told me they would email me all the directions I would need. I went home and later started to fret about what I had spent. I lost sleep that night. The next day I started looking in the bag for my receipt to see what each product cost. Maybe I could return some. Well the receipt only showed the total they took out of my "care credit" card which he had to get on the phone for me since I wasn't carrying it that day... It showed the total and each product was shown as "$.00! It also said NO returns! I tried several times to call the number on the receipt and all I got if it answered at all was a man who said "Enter your Code". What? this is the official number for this spa? I did this for two days getting more and more depressed and feeling like the dumbest senior citizen on the planet. How could I explain this expense to my grown children?? Here I was having spent an un-Godly amount of money probably from some scammers who sold me some creams that would never do what they promised. I even got out the fancy box my red-light came in to see the manufactures' name thinking since that was the most expensive item I could find out a lot. I Googled it. On eBay that same tool was only $1500 plus or minus and several people were selling them. Granted some didn't have the "gold" facial tip that mine has. I know the price of gold has gone way up... finally I came across their business card that I took from the desk before I left. It had the same phony phone nunber and I took out my magnifying glass so I could read the tiny email address . I even have 20/20 vision now after catract surgery, but it is so small as to look like a squiggle on the card. I looked up the address and found reviews of this spa which is in other wealthy addresses in cities around the world and found that the same aggressive selling is going on everywhere. Maybe I can help others some way by warning any tourists, especially recent widowers to stay away from this type of aggressive sales pitch. Do your homework BEFORE buying...you can always go back if they are legit! You will sleep better, believe me. read more

Where do I begin...? I've been so multiple different spas in the area but this one took my heart and soul. To be exact, Brianna took it. I have never received more care and attention from any other aesthetician. Not only did she give the best customer service but she managed to bring my glow back to my skin and rejuvenate it. I'm happy to have noticed that there is a completely new management that has taken over the spa. I love the products that they have to offer. But with that being said they never have pressured me into buying something that I don't need. I could talk more and more about this but I think you should go and experience this spa on your own. Wow talk about the charming hard sell. Just walking by with my dog and was offered a free gift and then asked to come in to address the puffiness of my 62 year old eyes. Long and short of it, the elixir used on me was on a special "sale" of a whopping $399 for a three month supply which I was repeatedly pressured to buy (even though I had no money or cards on me... I was walking my dog for crying out loud) and though it appeared to work in the store, by the time I got home 90 minutes later its' effect completely vanished. Oh boy. I knew I was being upsold but event after completing a $400 purchase the game DID NOT STOP. I was just walking by during a vacation visiting the best spas in the area. The sweet salesgirl kept selling and complimenting me and called her boss to approve a big discount. He was also charming and complimented me. Ultimately they wanted me to spend $2000 on what they claimed were near $8000 worth of products. She kept adding more products for free as long as I spent $2000 on a skin treatment device that vibrates and feels nice but has no RF energy. I had to wonder what motivated wanting to move that much product at once! Of course as others have said here - they don't accept returns even same day and unopened. Ah well. Salesperson didn't know what rosacea was. Aside from the bad store policy the manager, Gal, is rude and aggressivly hostile and condescending.
