Michael W. was very professional and explained the entire procedure to me. He was attentive and made sure nothing he did was painful. I really like the outcome. Man o man was I nervous to go as it was my first time getting a wax. After months of dillydallying, and a little push from my friends, I finally booked an appointment and just went for it. I went in for a pretty much whole body groom and Michael could not have made me feel any more at ease for a first timer. I have been coming to L.A. Skin for over 5 years... I simply wouldn't trust anyone else in the USA but Michael White for waxing services! (Whenever I visit Europe, I have found that their waxing is absolutely *painless* and I'm not quite sure what they do differently) Prior to my first visit to L.A. Skin, I had trusted one well-known woman in Beverly Hills near my lady-bits and my upper lip/chin area... and was left utterly TRAUMATIZED by the experience!! She used the worst wax possible for the job (I have come to learn), and the pain was excruciating. She also left visible patches of hair remaining... Needless to say, I was extremely nervous to attempt waxing again, but was pleasantly surprised at how kind and gentle Mr. White was! Also, he makes sure to do a thorough job, and is flexible with scheduling. He was so patient with me, and so reassuring; he truly has a passion, a talent and a gift for the work he does. I have had acne facials/chemical peels/microdermabrasion treatments at other medispas but this is the only place where I have actually gotten results. Hi my name is Danielle, and I went to get my eyebrows done at LA Skin. I saw they had a 5 star rating so I checked it out. The receptionist was very friendly, and helpful. I was arrived at the time of my appointment and was welcomed me by name, which was nice. Michael did my eyebrows and did an amazing job! We talked about what I wanted, and he took the time to explain what he was going to do with them. He was very detailed, and knew what he was talking about. It didnt take very long, and I was so pleased, they turned out better than I expected! I watched the LA Skin "VLAMOROUS" Advertisement on internet and order the free sample. It said I only have to pay the shipping fee. I did not have chance to try the product and my credit card company told me that La Skin charged me not only the shipping fee but also $90+ for the sample. I called LA Skin customer service to complain. I swear, I did not see that what I order is 15 days trial and included monthly subscription and the price is $90+ . I found this place by accident because of their flexible hours and I am so happy with my find! I had gone to multiple dermatologist and facialists for acne flairups. Michael RN is the only one whose treatment has shown almost immediate results.
