This establishment is incredible. Kevin and his wife Angi run the store, and in an age where proper…read moreservice for the customer is dying, they are a light at the end of the tunnel. Stop your search now and just head into the store or make an appointment. I am notoriously difficult to size when it comes to clothes fitting, I do not have the standard body shape and cannot buy off the rack if I want to look good. Since the first day I walked into this establishment Kevin and Angi have customized everything about my look starting with my tuxedo for my wedding. I stopped in multiple times throughout my experience, was educated on styles, fits and general etiquette for formal wear but had the luxury of a humble and tailored experience from Kevin and Angi. These two took copious amounts of time to customize my look and make sure I felt great and confident in an outfit that will be looked back on for my entire life. Another great aspect of this group is that Angi is the in-house tailor, they cut out the middle man. They get all of their products from high-end, high quality clothing suppliers so the materials will last a lifetime with the proper treatment. You can't find this material at your local chain clothing stores. Ultimately I am more than satisfied with my experience I am grateful to these two for making my big day of the utmost importance to them. I only wish more establishments had this kind of service.

The Tailor Shop - Another hole where their plugs just fell out due to lack of proper tooling to set.

Took my shoe here for repair and it was ready 3 business days later. Got a text message from the…read moreowner letting me know the shoe was ready for pickup. How great is that! My shoe separated top flap from bottom flap in the airport as we were flying out on vacation. On our second stop of our 4-stop vacation we found this shop through Yelp and very pleased that we did. Yelp is such an invaluable resource! The repair was done in an excellent fashion. Very pleased! The owner was very pleasant to deal with. I just hope everyone can see what a service this shop is to the community. The skills and breadth of experience with repairs they bring are nearly impossible to find. This shop is a gem!

I am not one to give bad reviews, unless its food. But for what I paid and for as long as it took I…read morefeel I must speak out. This was a very rare coat..in fact I bought the last one. I took it in to be tailored as it was a bit over sized. When told that wasn't something he wanted to tackle.. I asked to have a zipper installed as I am a disabled vet and had problems with the original snaps... long story short he removed my snaps (The zipper was behind so no need) installed fake "Rivets" and didn't even seat/secure them with a tool..just pushed them in "Plugged" the hole with them. Well I lost two of them the first night I wore it. I found them on the floor. I ordered a tool to see if I could seat them, but I bought cheap wrong dies that wouldn't work. The second night worn, the zipper tore loose from the hand stitch. All in all this was beyond a shoddy rushed job that I waited over a month for. I paid $200 for the coat and $150 for this "Work". I didn't take it back and complain, I figured this is the work they do and didn't want to wait weeks again to wear a football jacket when the season is about over. I know how to sew (Thanks grandma) so I will take the $150 loss and just do all the work all over myself. So maybe I got a bad day job, I don't know...but I am throwing this out there to all. If it happened to me with my prize item..I would think hard about giving them your item. I am adding pictures of rivet heads, holes in jacket and zipper and stitching.
