My flowers were left on my front porch in the for hours because I wasn't here and I didn't get home until later that evening, so needless to say they were all wilted and they did not look good. The arrangement itself like a joke and it came in a plastic vase if that's what you wanna call it. So I called the owner and she said she her floral arrangements as art I laughed. I asked her why the per delivering this arrangement would leave it on my front porch in the instead of taking it back to her studio, and her reply was don't just take orders out and bring them back. Well, I live in Seneca and would have had no problem going to pick it up. Had they left me a card. She was very standoffish and actually just rude on the proceeded to ask her not to call my and mention this. Apparently, as soon as I hung up, she called my and I got in an argument, and she didn't talk to me for about a month. I thought she would be more professional than that. I told her that it wouldn't end well if she my but she took it upon herself to do it anyway still don't understand that. Anyway, I would not recommend buying flowers let alone anything else from this business. What a shame because they're basically in my backyard.

Living in California and ordering flowers for a friend in South Carolina would normally involve selecting a "pre-packaged" arrangement from a website but not this time. I called to assure delivery to my friend's location and spoke with a very helpful woman. I informed her I had read Casablanca's story on the website and the pride taken in creating beautiful designs. I let her know the seriousness and type of the surgery and wanted the Designer's Choice and left it up to Casablanca to put together something beautiful and cheerful. Our friend was so delighted and impressed. She sent us photos and I could not be more pleased with what I saw. This was no cookie cutter arrangement but one crafted perfectly for the occasion, location and season. The best way I could describe it is if you took a stroll at the Clemson Botanical Gardens and picked out a bouquet of the most beautiful natural flowers in bloom and placed them in a beautiful pottery vase, this would be it. Kudos Casablanca Designs. I wish you were here in my town in California.

The owner is kind, welcoming, and very sweet and helped us in everyway possible to find my daughter's perfect dress. She and I both selected several gowns which she tried on and we commented on. Then the consultant brought out several gowns which were better choices. My daughter was trying to choose between 2 gowns and the consultant suggested she go home and sleep on it, so no pressure! Even though she made a decision by the next day, she decided to wait a few month before purchasing. We went on Saturday to purchase. The consultant and owner welcomed us. The owner explained that the dress was no longer available but if she wanted the one in the shop she could have it for 50% off! The owner had already examined the gown and said it was in perfect condition. If the gown in the store didn't fit (we already knew it did) then she would call other stores that had also received the gown to find one. My daughter tried on the dress and it was more beautiful than the first time and fit her almost perfectly. As promised it was half off, and she happily paid for it and we left with the gown. I walked in dejected and walked out elated. As an older bride, I was very self-conscious of what to wear. Caroline and Allyson could not have been more kind. Every dress they pulled was exactly what I would have picked had I seen it first. They were so patient as I tried quite a few times to reach my family on FaceTime. Both Caroline and Allyson were so patient. Excellent customer service can make or break the deal. I have never experienced such professional, kind, and accommodating staff. I was so excited to go wedding dress shopping and have been dreaming of this day since I was a…read morelittle girl! (As most girls!!) I knew I didn't want to try on too many dresses because that just ends up over complicating things. When I walked in the owner (Courtney) immediately introduced herself and said we were the last appointment of the day! She walked through the store and picked out all of the dresses I liked. We had a handful to try on and every dress I tried on I liked more than the last. The selection of dresses were so beautiful and stylish. I already decided on a style and Courtney helped me find dresses that fit that. After five dresses we found the dress. The shop is amazing and has great lighting and a big stage with mirrors to see all angles. She also helps you find all your accessories and doesn't push anything on you. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I am so happy with my final selection!!

We had a lovely time selecting my daughter's gown and we trusted everything would go well…read more Unfortunately, we never received an email or phone call that Lauren's dress was ready, which put us a few months behind schedule. The fitting went well with the exception that the dress we ordered was nearly completely sheer; significantly more than the sample dress. We were comforted with Madison Carolina's offer to send lining so Lauren would be comfortable and the dress would be acceptable to wear in her church wedding. Unfortunately, despite many attempts communication with the store, we did not receive the fabric until just shy of 12 WEEKS from her fitting. It is worth noting the staff is very friendly and accomodating during the on-site visits. Their gowns are beautiful with something for many brides. I want to leave a 5 star review, but until the poor communication, lack of organization, empty excuses, and lack of apology improves, I can not recommend this bridal and prom store.
