About 4 weeks ago, he came out and provided me with a bid, which I thought was fair, and left copies of his contractor's license and insurance papers. We set up a date and he is crew showed up on time, was efficient and was pleasant to work with. When the job was completed, Dalton walked around the house with me and we did a check off list. His men completed the 4 minor details before leaving for the day. Also, they picked up all trash that was in the yard. I had no plant damage. The next time I need repairs I will be calling Dalton. Thank you, Dalton, for a job well done. Sharron Bellows

These are a great bunch of guys. Paul came by, very prompt…read moreby the way, and gave me a quote that I just couldn't beat. Very knowledgeable on the types of insulation. I went with the cellulose over fiberglass. We set the appointment for 4 days later and was told to allow for at least 2 hours. The guys were here at 8 AM and out by 9 AM. That's setup, installation and cleanup. True professionals. The best part: I planned on doing this myself. Their cost was only $200 more than what the materials would have cost me. Well worth it. Bring on the Louisiana Summer!

Also mind you they were still backed up and the date of completion was still a ways off from when I needed the windows installed. GUESS WHAT! BEFORE I KNEW IT A CREW WAS HERE TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS. NONE OF THE PROCESS TOOK THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD. THEY BEAT THIER OWN DEADLINE.

Because of previous, good experience with them, we quickly responded that we would use H2 Renovations. Once the dry out work was done (including cutting portions of sheetrock out in 3 rooms to enhance drying and removal of wet insulation), carpenters Matthew and Jonathan showed up early one morning. They replaced and floated the sheetrock, reinstalled baseboards and shoe molding, replaced a bathroom door in less than two days. Painter Misa jumped right in to head up the painting effort (repainting the 3 affected rooms along with an adjoining hallway) with the help of Jesus, Junior, and Jose and a couple of other painters I didn't get the names of. Due to multiple coats and a few scheduling issues, the painting took about 9 days of work to complete, but we were thrilled to get all the repairs done in a little over a month. The office staff was attentive to our requests, and Bart kept in touch with us throughout the effort, maintaining a friendly, accommodating and very efficient oversight. Everyone involved was focused, efficient, and notably courteous while being very sensitive to our needs. There is no question that we would heartily recommend H2 to anyone in need of repairs or renovations. THANKS H2! Brenda & Rick Nichols

My house was built in 2016 with a beautiful high pitched roof and has been giving me problems pretty much from day one due to what I just discovered was improper ventilation. A nice lady answered the phone both times and took my information. Of course she always asks about insurance and my reply is yes but I'm not sure if the repairs will be covered due to the deductible. Both times she said she would have someone contact me. Well no one ever called. I just want to thank yall because I called Erie out and they did a complete inspection showing me pictures backing up their findings. I purchased a brand new fiberglass roof for 45k with a 30 year warranty. The house looks better than new and I'm saving big on my insurance and utilities and most importantly I never have to worry about calling you again. Don't quite understand your methodology about who you call back but it's obviously flawed.
