BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Do not use this business if you are in the St. Joe/Benton Harbor area!!!…read moreHorrible customer service!!! I chose to order over the phone to ensure I was getting what I wanted to be ordered from what was available on their website. What i ordered (deluxe version of below picture) and what was delivered was NOT comparable at all. I called H&J to try to find a way for them to make this right and was told they did not have the flowers in the purchased arrangement so they changed them (without letting me know). Told me they stood by their delivery and that I got my monies worth. I asked them multiple times to deliver what I paid for and I was told they would be happy to go and pick up the order from where it was delivered and refund if I wasn't satisfied with the arrangement. Never offered to actually deliver what they sold or to make it right. So disappointed. Never again.

I was coming from out of town and someone had recommended this business to me. The gentleman that helped me took my order over the phone and when my daughter went to pick up the flowers she commented to me that they were very nice to her. The flowers came with water tubes so the flowers stayed fresh for 48 hours prior to the actual graduation. The bouquet was nice but I was hoping for something bright and more aesthetic. I did indicate that I wanted something "bright" and celebratory but maybe I should have been more specific with the flower.

Working with Suzi and her team at Viavi for our wedding flowers was an absolute dream. Since I live…read morein Ohio and Viavi is in Michigan, there was definitely a leap of faith involved. I wasn't able to see everything in person beforehand, so I had to trust the process--but Suzi made that easy from the very beginning. She was incredibly easy to work with, communicated clearly throughout the entire planning process, and truly listened to what I envisioned for our wedding day. I shared only a handful of inspiration photos from my Pinterest board, and somehow she completely understood the look and feel I was hoping for. The flowers, which were grown right on her farm, were the most beautiful, whimsical blooms I could have imagined. My bridal bouquet felt natural, romantic, and thoughtfully designed. When I saw everything on our wedding day, I was blown away. Suzi and her team not only brought my vision to life--they exceeded it in every way. Our flowers were better than we ever could have imagined, and they were one of the most memorable and beautiful parts of our wedding. I can't recommend Viavi enough!

Barn weddings and banquet halls are the rage around here and nothing felt right for us. Then I found a new (recently renovated) venue called Lake Michigan Gardens. We were sold. We did the vows outside with the pond, flowers, arbors, and space for guests to roam was lovely. The dining area is spacious and you can set it up how you prefer. The bar area is really great and us girls had fun in the brides room getting ready. Kristy, the event coordinator, is down to earth and so helpful and we just knew it was the spot for us. I think we may be the first wedding they have had, but I guarentee it will not be their last. They will work with you on vendors and your thoughts and wants. Weddings are crazy, but ours went smoothly and it had a lot to do with Lake Michigan Gardens. I highly recommend checking out this lovely spot. All of my family and friends had nothing but high praises for the venue and a beautiful day there.

Cons: Unfortunately it was cold and we could not have the curtains open, and the curtains are rather old but besides that everything is perfect. Like I said we knew it is going to be cold and the curtains were necessary to keep it warm indoors. They also provide heaters which do a great time at keeping the place warm.
