My back and neck had progressively deteriorated from an accident the previous year. The nagging pain had become something I could no longer get away from. Staff convinced me to try Dr. Alex. The difference in my back and strength is remarkable after only seeing Dr. Alex for a few weeks! The initial visit was probably the most thorough I have ever had. More importantly, no more pain. Full movement again. After each adjustment, I feel a surge of energy. It sounds cliche to say, but it is as if all parts are connected again. As I became pain free, he demonstrated exercises to strengthen the muscle groups that had weakened, to help prevent further back injury. I wanted to discuss treatments for my daughter who happens to be autistic. The receptionist went over pricing and said she'd get the doctor to talk to me. I waited in their waiting area. About two minutes later the receptionist came back and said the doctor recommended that we see a physical therapist. He didn't have the decency to come out to inquire why I was there. He simply heard autistic and basically had no time for me. I didn't need a physical therapist!!!I thought it was very rude. He has no idea why I was there. She has many issues that could have been helped through there but he for some reason didn't want to be bothered.
