Rachael was my main therapist for the first knee replacement 2 years ago, so it was great to work with her again. She is knowledgeable, professional and encouraging. I was assigned to Rachael who was phenomenal with making a plan that focused on my ability to walk on foot without the need for further ankle supports . She was very knowledgeable answering all my frequent questions regarding my foot recovery . While always maintaining their professionalism they managed to add some humor to keep you positive to make sure you see that light at the end of the tunnel . The customer service was very poor from the time of check in to the time of check out. When I first arrived, John just gave me a quiet hello then gives me some papers to fill out and didn't say much else before taking me into room. During the massage, I felt some discomfort when he would knead my body with his arms because it felt like he had new grown hairs on his arms that were rubbing against my skin ( like when a man shaves his beard, then the new hairs start growing back- that's what it felt like rubbing against my skin). I couldn't really relax because of this. I did mention this to him at the end of the massage and his response was "That's the first time I've heard that." Didn't even apologize. Just gave a short nonchalant response. Plus, usually when I a get massage, at the end, my massage therapist offers me water and ask how the massage was and lets me know the problem areas they found during my massage, like knots in my back, tightness or inflammation in certain parts of my body and they would recommended stretches, ways to position you body while sleeping to help with hips and joint discomfort. There wasn't much communication after the massage either. John, did not offer me water, did not mention any problem areas he found in my body, nor did he give me any type of suggestions for any daily care like stretches, exercises, etc. He also never apologized for the rubbing hairs feeling on my skin. It was like he didn't want to be bothered with me anymore after the massage. He struck me as somewhat antisocial and someone lacking in customer service. This will definitely not be my go- to place for a Therapeutic massage.

When I arrived, I was immediately hit with loud construction noise next door and vacuuming happening inside the spa. How do you schedule appointments knowing there will be construction and cleaning staff making noise during client sessions? It's not just unprofessional, it's disrespectful. When I asked the receptionist if the noise would stop once I was in the massage room, she assured me it would - she lied. The massage room was filled with nonstop banging, vacuuming, and noise for the entire appointment. I seriously considered walking out but stayed, which was a huge mistake. The massage was beyond terrible, no technique, no pressure, just someone slathering oil over my body with no care or skill. The head massage was even worse: my hair was drenched in oil without any warning. They used so much oil I was practically dripping. Instead of properly wiping off the oil with a steam towel, the therapist told me to wipe off the oil myself using the thin paper wrap around my body. I left feeling greasy, uncomfortable, and utterly disrespected. When it was time to pay, I was charged and then asked if I wanted to tip. I've never left a service without tipping - until now. I felt completely robbed of my money and time. This spa is a complete joke. Horrible communication, a chaotic and unprofessional environment, terrible massage skills, and zero concern for customer comfort or satisfaction. I will never return! And their glowing 4.8-star rating? TOTAL FRAUD After reading multiple negative reviews, it's clear they're deleting bad feedback or manipulating ratings to fool customers.
