Dr. winters uses a mix of both, whatever best fits the patient. He is always there to help. He is also very good for chronic pains and car accidents. He took care of me well after mine. The difference in my back and strength is remarkable after only seeing Dr. Alex for a few weeks! The initial visit was probably the most thorough I have ever had. More importantly, no more pain.
