Mostly importantly as a patient, you feel HEARD. The time and care taken during each appointment is time well spent investigating and treating areas of concern. I chose to go to the middlesex office because well it's convenient for me. Although to be honest I'm closer to the other office. But any who...... first impressions are usually the deciding factor of many things. Life seems to be about first impressions. But let's down to the nitty gritty here. Walk in to a waiting room and sign in window where i am usually greeted with a hello,hi or welcome back. Room is open with a divider separating the waiting area from the therapy area. Therapist is usually notified of your arrival. Ok let's get "physical". Keep in mind though i can only review the people i come into contact with in this office. But I'm sure everyone is just as good. Patty is my therapist. She's great at her job. I feel like she knows exactly what she's doing and doesn't push me beyond my capabilities. Listens to my worries and adjusts my plan accordingly. Keith I believe is man behind the practice. An owner if you will but unlike any owner. He's on the floor treating and talking with patients. Very professional and it shows. Michelle and *Anne* (hope that's right) are also therapists here. I personally haven't had any experience with them but they also are very professional with there patients. Never a bad thing said about any of the therapists.... Now for the "therapists in training". ???? They have a lot assistants. And let me tell you. These girls are no joke. They work and make sure your doing your therapy correct. Very observant and yet very personal. Keeping an eye on every person and the therapists to ensure they have what they need. Just wish I could remember all there names because they deserve praise also. So in closing I'll spell out what B.E.S.T physical therapy means when it comes to your treatment... Because she is now in a NYC hospital with a series of tumors on her spine including a major mass dangerously pressing on her spinal cord. Tumors grow slowly. Had she had a proper standard of care (versus stretching her on a table and giving her epidurals), this would have been picked up sooner. The staff was kind and reassuring, and gave her the confidence that they were doing everything they could do for her. Being of sound mind, she trusted her doctor which was the wrong decision.

When I arrived, I was immediately hit with loud construction noise next door and vacuuming happening inside the spa. How do you schedule appointments knowing there will be construction and cleaning staff making noise during client sessions? It's not just unprofessional, it's disrespectful. When I asked the receptionist if the noise would stop once I was in the massage room, she assured me it would - she lied. The massage room was filled with nonstop banging, vacuuming, and noise for the entire appointment. I seriously considered walking out but stayed, which was a huge mistake. The massage was beyond terrible, no technique, no pressure, just someone slathering oil over my body with no care or skill. The head massage was even worse: my hair was drenched in oil without any warning. They used so much oil I was practically dripping. Instead of properly wiping off the oil with a steam towel, the therapist told me to wipe off the oil myself using the thin paper wrap around my body. I left feeling greasy, uncomfortable, and utterly disrespected. When it was time to pay, I was charged and then asked if I wanted to tip. I've never left a service without tipping - until now. I felt completely robbed of my money and time. This spa is a complete joke. Horrible communication, a chaotic and unprofessional environment, terrible massage skills, and zero concern for customer comfort or satisfaction. I will never return! And their glowing 4.8-star rating? TOTAL FRAUD After reading multiple negative reviews, it's clear they're deleting bad feedback or manipulating ratings to fool customers. If you want a genuine, relaxing spa experience, avoid this place at all costs!!!
