Fantastic! I can't say enough great things. Where do I start? I found his business card at a Chevron near my house. I called him and he picked up right away. I lived in the area and there was no delivery charge. I texted him all of my info and the bounce house arrived when supposed to. The owner, Ron, delivered the bounce house. He seemed to be having some trouble walking so I asked if he was ok. He said that he dropped a trailer on his foot and needed to go to the urgent care. I said, "What are you doing here? Go get your foot checked out." He said that he didn't want to cancel on a kid's birthday and was going to urgent care right after he set up the jump. I couldn't believe it. The bounce house was huge! It was clean and perfect. When he came back to get the jump, he said that his foot wasn't broken, just badly banged up. I was glad to hear it. Thanks Ron! You have a forever faithful customer. I truly wish my experience had been as positive as the other reviewers'... in the end, it was mixed. I reserved a huge jumper/water slide combo for my daughter's birthday party at our home about a month prior to the event. Ron was very helpful, I put down the deposit, all good. Event was scheduled for 11-3. Day before delivery, I emailed and Ron called me back to confirm that everything was all set. He said that the jumper would be picked up from the bordering town that morning, so delivery should actually be between 9-10. Great! The morning of, nobody shows up. 10:15 I call him, he tracks down the driver and says he should be headed over very shortly. My next call was around 10:35, when he tells me the driver should be there no later than 11. Okay, still not red alert, I can deal with that... 11:10 comes and goes and still nothing. We have a few guests showing up though I expected most to be arriving around 11:30 (little kids' party = most are fashionably late). Ron tells me that the driver is "one block away" and apologizes for the inconvenience. Offers to let us keep it overnight if we want it (we really don't, but it was a nice gesture). 11:30, the driver finally arrives. By this point we do have guests waiting around but thankfully only 4-5 families instead of the 25 that will eventually get there. The driver is working insanely hard to get it set up quickly, and my husband is right there with him to try and salvage the situation. It was up and running by 11:50 and the kids were all over it immediately. We really appreciated the driver's efforts, but I let him know that I felt we needed to speak with Ron before paying the rest of the rental fee as ultimately, it was not there on time and offering to let us keep it longer didn't really help us since we weren't all that interested in extending the party past its original time. I didn't speak with Ron myself after the party -- my husband did -- but it did not seem to be an overly friendly conversation, and at one point he apparently told my husband that any money we refused to pay would be coming out of the driver's pay and not his. In the end, we paid in full (for the full 4-hour time even though everyone left by 3 as scheduled so we were shorted by about an hour from the delay), but let him know that we could not give him a glowing review given that we felt like we were somewhat dissatisfied for good reason and he was not so interested in making us happy. For what it's worth, the jumper was great. The kids had a blast once it was all set up and the rest of the party went very smoothly. I just have a hard time with a business that takes such an outright hostile tone when they are the ones who could not keep the terms of the contract. We are not unreasonable people, and understand that things happen -- whether it was the truck breaking down, the driver being new, or the three flights of stairs at the pickup location (yes we really did get each of those excuses) -- but ultimately a business' handling of a difficult situation is what sets the great apart from the rest, and we were left with a rather bad taste in our mouths from Bounce Time. There are so many jumper rental companies in San Diego now that we would just try elsewhere if we ever needed to rent one again. read more

I wish my experience with this company would have been like the other reviewers, unfortunately it was not. I ordered the toddler jumper for my daughters birthday. The jumper arrived over an hour late and the guy who finally did come out didn't even apologize for the inconvience. Not to mention as soon as the guy (who put the jumper together) left the Velcro in the middle started to pull apart and one of the kids almost fell through it. The jumper was pretty useless after that because we didn't feel like it was safe for the kids to keep jumping on. If I ever need another jumper I will take my business elsewhere in the future. read more
