I started BCS in 2010 wanting to just own a business and I failed after the first year. Not because of lack of drive but inaccuracy in how my drive was going! 2019 after working for 3 other large companies I found the direction of my drive!!

Meet the Business Owner: Eric B.

I started my career at the age of 15 with my dad starting his own business. My dads drive to support his family no matter what helped me understand why hard work is necessary to have a family! A desire to build things, got me to my first employer in home building at 17 just after high school. This field led me through many different avenues of construction as well as people and learning all the way. The biggest thing I learned from this is that no matter what it's a "DOG EAT DOG world", and "its just business" but from big companies to just start ups nobody could prove to me why it has to be that way. I'm here to tell you all those others are wrong! We are open and honest about everything we do I will not take a dollar out of your pocket unless it is earned keeping me tight to my word Quality over Quantity! I Hire only people with the same mind set,and those are mostly our veterans who were and still are willing to give it all for all to have what we have!
