This is the worse product any company has ever built. The first couple of weeks I had the product it kept freezing up and stop running mind you this is a two week old product, after I brought back to the shop and heard nothing but excuses why it was doing that finally I got the machine back, well shortly after that the lousy product did it again and of course it took an act of congress for the store to resolve the problem. It really has not performing well at all but I have been dealing with it, it does not start promptly and it does not run smooth like my 22 years old machine I bought at Costco in 1997 for the price of$299.00 (Honda machine) always start on the first pull to this day. But what really top this terrible machine was this morning, yes Sunday morning I was doing a job and I heard a noise coming from the street where I had my truck parked, looked up and saw nothing. kept working but when I got close to the curb I looked up and I could not believe my eyes, the two front wheels of the pressure washer had broken loose from the shaft. You had to be there to believe what my eyes were witnessing. As you can in the pictures included that is not a product you want to purchase. I advise to any one that might be contemplating to buy this brand of machine to stay away from it no matter what the price is. You are going to get nothing but smoke blow on your face for a choice of better words. Terrible, terrible product. I will call the manufacturer tomorrow and ask them to replace this machine, I'm just want to hear what they are going to do.
