Walking into this store I was like I want that and that, just beautiful pieces of furniture different then you average department store and that is what I like. As well they have accessories that just seem to fit each piece that it as must as well. Of course plenty of candles and trinkets that are great for gifts. Even though it is more pricier then your average store it is the quality that you are paying for and will have for a lifetime.

Gonna start this with the positive, Salesman was polite also the lady at the front desk was nice…read more Now all the other aspects of my experience with this store. 3 months wait time witch I understand because or covid, but after they called me to tell me everything has arrived and I can go pay off my balance and arrange delivery. So I went in and payed off my balance and they told ke It can only be shipper im 3 weeks so i decided to just go up my self and pick everything up with my trailer. Told everything will be good to pick up tomorrow from 10-5. So i took a day off from work and drove up to pick everything up. When getting there they then tell me that my full sofa isn't in yet. But it was in Dartmouth witch is a few hours away and i was told that it was gonna be sent out ASAP and dropped ofd at my house. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I called to see what going on and when should I expect the delivery. They told me it's still in Dartmouth and roughly another 2 weeks before I get it. So I told that I'd like to cancel and just keep what I have home and they can keep the sofa and give le my money back. They told they can do that but they keep 25% and it would be a in store credit. So I would have to lose more money because of their screwups. Lose 25% on a 1000$ sofa and a full day of work. That's why I will never recommend anyone to go at this location!
