The last time I went there, I asked a bag, and the cashier gave me a partially tested bag, which I was still ok as my purchase was not so much. Then when I asked for a folk, she opened her cash register and gave me a unwrapped folk. If you don't want to deal with foreigners, don't work where the center of the tourism.
