If you want to have a quick alternative to fast food breakfasts or local bakeries, they got a lot of relatively cheap stuff to explore. We have to love it because it so convenient. This formerly was a Huit à 8, but my understanding is that Carrefour and Huit à 8 had merged years ago. I guess they are just getting around to changing the name. However, we did notice a change in configuration and products. The Huit offered a little more variety and had the rotisserie chicken outside constantly going with the aroma wafting. They still offer rotisserie chicken, but it is now inside. Of course, they now offer a lot more of the Carrefour brand products too.

The woman who monitors the security cameras laughs at the customers who visit Carrefour Market. She plays cruel pranks and summons security to humiliate customers. Some of the cashiers at Carrefour Market 9 boulevard Gambetta collaborate along with the security guards to either humiliate or try to entrap customers into getting wrongful accusations of shoplifting. It's important that all customers to Carrefour Market 9 boulevard Gambetta request their receipts after purchase of groceries! Carrefour Market security will delight in humiliating customers who will then be charged with shoplifting due to forgotten receipts! The food is too expensive. Service is sinister. Ambiance is awful.
