We hired Boucher Landscaping for Spring Cleanup consisting of debris removal, landscaping, selecting and planting New shrubs, edging and mulching, installing a new slate patio, moving two ornamental trees and building a set of stairs along side the garage leading to the pool. Liked the crew and most of their work. We paid them promptly. Later when problems arose they did not respond to multiple text messages with photos nor return multiple phone calls. They are Non- Responsive and do not stand behind their work!!! We asked them to move 2 cherished small ornamental trees. Problem was that they do not move them with a root ball but rather chopped off all the roots and planted them in the ground. They both died and since they were planted shallow, the wind blew them both over(pictures available on request). The stairs constructed alongside the garage leading down an incline were a more significant problem. They installed them next to a downspout and failed to redirect the water flow. Soon the stairs were covered with mud and the dirt under the stone steps washed away making the steps unstable. The bottom step was not level and was sloped back creating a pool that filled with over 1" of mud. The mud and wash water entered the pool area. It all started when our tractor broke down. I never would have thought of getting a lawn service, but with the mower out of commission, we asked a neighbor who she used for her lawn care. She gave us the number for Boucher Landscaping. Since the first day they came out to do our lawn, we've never looked back. They are always timely, professional, and reliable. No offense to my old landscaper- let's call him "husband", but I never knew our yard could look this good. My husband would be out there up to 3 hours at a time mowing, and wouldn't even get all the weed whacking done. I was amazed seeing how efficiently their crew of 2-3 guys could tag team the yard and get everything done not only quickly, but precisely. I called this company to come over and give me an estimate for lawn service. They were very responsive, calling me back the same day. They said they would come over in a few days and check things out and then give me a call with the information. That was over a week ago and I've never heard back from them. I guess they didn't want my business. read more
