Out front of the small store, is a sale rack with items at 40 percent off. Unfortunately, the things I liked were not in my size. I'm glad we dropped by. Now we know.

They were both friendly and really super nice people. I was walking by and I couldn't help but notice how cute the store looked. I was greeted immediately by Jan & he told me today was their first day open. I'm so glad I decided to come to the mall today, because if you know me at all, then you know I really don't love malls. I will come back though because they are fully stocked with inventory and by that I mean very pretty jewelry. My advice is to give yourself plenty of time to explore all the goodies and there are plenty; all pieces are high-end quality custom jewelry with unique designs. Right now everything is 50% off and yes, I bought myself an early birthday present. My birthday is soon & did I mention 50% off?!? They are located on the 2nd floor in front of the elevators. I had an espresso upon arriving while I shopped. The boutique was immaculate. Jenny was my sales associate and she was absolutely phenomenal. 100 stars. She was so kind, accomodating, and honest every step of the way. She made my first experience one to remember forever! She showed me all of the bags I was looking for, let me place all of my belongings inside, and look at how they looked in the mirror. I then had a wonderful experience at the make up counter with Leticia who essentially made up my entire face while Jenny boxed up my bags. I was given lots of make up samples as well as perfume and mascara samples. Overall, I was quite weary about coming to the Worth avenue location as I had a prior poor experience at another shop on this street. While in the fitting room at bealls today I was trying on some clothing,while a couple of young…read moregirls next me in another fitting room were also trying on. While inside the room I heard a lady right outside the door loudly say "I'm watching these shop lifters in the fitting room" assuming she was talking to another employee but said it so to make it very clear everyone in the fitting rooms that we were being suspected of stealing. I came out and obviously put every item of clothing back on the rack because I refuse to buy from a store whose manager wants to accuse people of stealing. I was very upset because I was going to buy at least 6 different items of clothing but after hearing what she said I just left. Not before confronting her for what she blatantly said. She brushed me off and denied accusing me of anything. Needless to say, I shop at this store weekly because it's close by and I spent a good amount there. I am so appalled at how a manager would treat customers it makes me sick. No wonder no one ever shops there and it's basically empty all the time. I will be reporting her and I hope she changes her attitude and apologizes to me for such thoughtless accusations.

She continued to interact with me as if I were some brain dead zombie crazy person because she apparently has never heard of yahoo. Then an elderly woman who despite looking like she's never done a workout a day in her life, was apparently the manager and refused my returns, despite being unused with tags. It's kind of crazy how the staff at this location has completely lost sight of their core demographic, and instead caters to Gen Zers or senior citizens.

As mentioned by an earlier Yelper, they do a pop up when they want to test a location and don't have a long term lease. The salesperson told me the lease was recently extended again, so sometime into 2027.
