I returned 20 minutes prior to the end of my kid's appointment to find my seven year old who has ADHD and other delays waiting alone in the waiting room with no adult. I sat with her for several minutes before anyone returned. When I spoke to the employee she told me it was "safe" for children to be unsupervised in their lobby.
