My traffic incident

Very friendly officers, I have had many interactions with them over the years and they have always been very polite and friendly. Even when I was briefly a suspect the officers were very professional and handled everything by the books. For context, someone replaced the plates on my truck with stolen plates and I didn't notice... until I was pulled out of my vehicle by Bothell PD. The matter was resolved very quickly and my family and I were on our way within 15 minutes. Bothell PD seems to genuinely care about making the community a better place and a safer place for everyone

Good Morning Networkers has a wonderful meeting room thanks to the Bothell Police department.

They are doing their best to work with the Covid guidelines and that is so appreciated, especially in a smaller space where interaction is necessary. Everyone still keeps a smile on their face (and yes, it's evident even with a mask in) and a positive attitude. The lobby always have a great supply of flat rate boxes and all the necessary forms. The self service kiosk is super helpful. We are super appreciative of everyone at this post office!!

In addition, we had an unexpected family death. So because the mail that came via maiden name or "to the estate of family members name" they are not delivering those mailings. They are showing up in the app/daily emails, however never make it to my mailbox from the mailman. So I completely understand and attempt to relay that info to the post office, mail man believes he's doing us a solid, thank you, however I need these documents to show up on time.. and call bc these are legal time sensitive documents I have to jump through hoops with already. I'm rudely called back from the "supervisor" who basically says "we only send it by name that's policy" I understand that, but you then should have an exception for things like estates of because you don't know everyones personal business. I'm pretty sure NOT delivering the mail is a federal crime still. Do your one job and get a better attitude when you're the supervisor- you are an awful human being. I get USPS is a federal business we can't get rid of but please hire people that are at very least, pleasant and possibly helpful.

That is totally normal, to come into contact with germs EVERY day. That's how you build up your immune system. Not only does they chemicals they spray onto the keyboard and earphones cause cancer, it deprives humans of coming into contact with GERMS, which is VITAL to build up your immune system.

I had a book to return and found the electronic returns slot easy to use with instructions clearly communicated on the screen above the returns slot/conveyer belt. Which door(s) to use on entrance/exit were also clearly marked. Different sections in the library were labeled with signage. In addition to sections for books, DVDs, audio books, and magazines, there were computer work stations, study room(s)/space(s), and tables with chairs open for use. I looked over some of the books in the non-fiction and biographies sections, opting for a biography on John Muir. On my way towards check out, I found some information about the United States of America naturalization process. I thought that was cool. It also got me thinking about how one would go about learning both about the naturalization process and the history to be tested on for a naturalization test if moving internationally. While I did not get something this time, perhaps a book on the naturalization process logistics would be interesting, generally speaking. Still helpful to have informational flyers/pamphlets with some introductory/resource information available/accessible. Self check out and check out with a librarian stations were located closer to the entrance/exit in the standard KCLS computer set up. The desk/counter the self check out computers were located on was in the theme of a large slab of wood for the counter. Overall enjoyed the feel/ambiance of the library as well as the offerings.
