This store has come a long way since they opened in late 2020 and honestly is THE place for anyone looking for the best Kratom and Kava in Ft Collins. Hope was telling me that they buy straight from the farmers, which is why they are able to charge less for a way better product. This place has changed our lives for the better! We have lived all over the USA, currently in Delaware, and we cannot find anyone to compare in product quality, one on one care and professionalism. ALL around "A-class" treatment of customers. This is the place to go if you're interested in high quality kratom, kava, and other herbals. Rhiannon and Madeline know their stuff and are super helpful. If you want the ugly-label, god-knows-whats-in-it stuff for 3-4x the price, you can keep going to the vape shop or the gas station. But if you want lab tested kratom from people who are working hard to provide the best service, quality, and helping to educate customers at the same time, stop by and see them. I must admit, I couldn't be happier about my purchase at Botava. The Kratom was extremely fresh and potent. Just using a bit more than a gram of my preferred strain was enough to produce the desired affect. I can't recall the name of the person who waited on me, but she was very helpful and knowledgeable about all her products.
