The bakers are always so nice and patient on the phone with all my wants. They can have it ready as early as the next day. The sweets always come out better than expected. She told me the other one had a different number, but it was the only sign anywhere near the item and was the same exact description. They just had an old sign apparently. The cashier wasn't very nice, but Destiny, who was the manager, was so kind and didn't make me feel bad even though it wasn't that much money. She actually gave me the item and told me thank you for bringing it to her attention. I just thought it was over the top kind and the best customer service I've had in a long time. I understand people can have bad days, but when someone is paying attention to you, try to at least show some semblance of life. Zero acknowledgement.
