I stepped in and immediately greeted by a young woman and two other women. I learned the owners were away at a conference but have been running the store for 45 years! I asked about their gifts, arts, books, etc. and found their prices to be the same as online and they can get anything within a week. My good friend just released a book and I encouraged them to have it on their bookshelf since it is getting rave reviews from Sean McDowell and people will be asking about it. It's a very nice store that serves the community well. They'd love to serve you and your church!

There is a feel of christian passion for quality research on the reading material that they have selected to carry. The christian book selection is pretty darn good, I must say! The staff is there to help with your selection for purchase or to check out. Please note: There are different areas for either purchase or to check out. For some of the different Sunday school classes, the teachers have / and or may selected books from this book store for a more in-depth understanding of what the class maybe about. Now the only times that I've been here is on Sundays before or after a church service. They are located in the church downstairs. They have not removed the crosses on top of The Church. If you are looking for theological books, Bible linguistics, or a great selection of Bibles, I would highly recommend this store. It is right by Dallas Theological Seminary, and right next door to a great coffee shop. The only draw back is that their hours should be longer. 9am-4pm, excluding Sunday.

I have a gorgeous pair of Raphaele Canot earrings and they have two tiny little diamonds hanging from them. One morning when I was putting them on, I looked closely and saw what looked like a scratch or chip on the surface of one of the diamonds. I was shocked and my heart sank. Maybe this is the same feeling you would have if you see a scratch on your freshly detailed car. You stare at it thinking that it can't possibly be. But it is. Sounds dramatic right? It's not. I emailed the customer service people on the Raphaele Canot website to see if they could fix my babies. (Yes, I don't do pets but when it comes to jewelry, I'm all about love.) I waited a month and got no response. I was racking my brain trying to think of what I could do to get my earrings fixed. I knew that Ylang23 carried the Raphaele Canot brand so I took a chance and called. I spoke with a man named Marcos Camberos. From my initial conversation, he assured me that he would be able to get a hold of the brand to see what they could do. It was the start of an email thread where I sent over pics of my babies (earrings). When he asked if he wouldn't mind if I sent them to their store in Dallas so they could take a closer look, I instantly said yes. This guy was offering to take care of my earrings that I had not even bought from their store! I couldn't believe it. I shipped them out and once they received it, this is where the story gets a tad embarrassing. Marcos emails me and says that after a good cleaning + steaming, all of the diamonds are perfect. He tells me that the spot where I *thought* that the diamond was scratched was really just a speck of dirt. Talk about best news ever. They are now on their way back to me and I can't wait to put them on. I can't give Marcos Camberos a hug personally but I would. If they can take care of a customer like me who didn't even purchase my earrings from them, how much more if I was a paying customer. This is how it's done folks. Best customer service ever. I was a bit skeptic of tarot card readings because I had had them done several times before, in…read moreperson and over the phone, but I was always felt like my readings were generic and when none of the things I was told were going to happen happened, I felt duped and disappointed. I had my first tarot reading from Chelsea around the beginning of this year (before she started her business, This Woo Woo Stuff) and it was so insightful and spot on that I've had 3 more readings with her since then. I was nervous about my first reading with her but her calm and soothing energy put me at ease right away. She is always able to tell me things about my current situation without me telling her anything about them at all; she actually prefers I don't, so when she pulls my cards and tells me what she sees, I'm genuinely blown away. Chelsea is patient. She's always happy to answer my questions and explain things to me in a way that makes sense so I can understand them, whereas the other card readers I had been to before seemed more interested in watching the clock and would give me general explanations that left me more confused than I was before I asked. Don't be deterred by the fact that This Woo Woo Stuff is a new business. Chelsea told me that started learning about tarot cards quite a few years ago as it was something she has always been interested in and would do for fun but it became clear that her talent and insight are undeniable. She has knowledge and experience that far exceeds that of a novice or any other seasoned or professional readers I've been to before. I've recommended several of my friends to Chelsea and they always come back and tell me how amazing, exciting and fun their readings were.
