Oh how I love the rhythmic melodic sounds of drumming: congas, bass drums, African drums...Oh so beautiful. Eventually a very nice women (I think she is the owner) came out and invited me in and encouraged me to pick out a drum and join in the drumming. As we walk from outside toward the store she said this to me and I chuckled inside, authentic African items, "made in Africa, not in China". I did play with the big boys for a little bit but I was feeling self conscious since I'm not very musically inclined......but amigos, I'll be back. I then went in to turn in the drum and took a look around the store. Inside there was a well dressed older man (I think he is also the owner) who came over to tell me a little bout the store. I'm glad they invited me in and inviting me to join in the drumming and to step in to this beautiful African store. Every Saturday morning they having drumming out in front of the store.

Their response was i think so??? Either you have black shoes or you don't!!! Already dubious about this business and since i did not want to order online because i need to measure my daughter's shoe size, i asked what were their prices. A simple question in my opinion and their response was we don't give out prices??? WTF??? I asked why not, this is for a recital for school, they said we just don't??? Trust me when i say this business has no sense of business smarts or customer service,. You would think that they would definitely cater to new clients and the worst thing was that the dual immersion school my daughter goes to recommended them!!! I will be speaking with the board to remove them from their list of recommendations. My advice to the business, know who your customers are and know the school that are giving these so called recommendations. I will not be doing business with this type of business. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
