The said product were silicone masks. Enter Smooth-on From the day our company was born, Smooth-on was our "go to" supplier for raw material. But it wasn't only the materials we received, it was a friendship with a manufacturer that to this day I've yet to see paralleled. Smooth-on not only offers excellent product ( 98% of my shop are blue and yellow buckets ) but the customer service is mind blowing. You never feel like just a number being a client of Smooth-on. They take personal interest in your projects and offer the best advice and product solutions when faced with challenges. The also listen to their clients!! This is huge. They've invented product to serve specific needs. Combined with the amazing staff at our local Reynolds advanced materials in Burbank CA. Smooth-on has helped shaped my company, Immortal Masks into one of the worlds largest and most prolific silicone mask companies.

Today, my 2nd time there, I wasn't sure if I wanted to try the new products I researched online or stick to the products I've been using. Absolutely outstanding experience!…read more I can't say enough good things about this gold store. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine kindness. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out to me was the honesty and transparency. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and far better than I expected. Whether you're buying, selling, or simply looking to learn more about gold, I would highly recommend this place. It's not often you find a business where you feel like you're being treated like a valued customer rather than just another transaction. I will absolutely be coming back in the future. 5 stars all the way!

That's not the purpose of this review. The purpose of this review is because today on August 25th around 4:40 PM I came by in hopes to sell two pieces of jewelry that I no longer have use for. I'm not going to get into the weights of the items, but what you should know is that they are 14 karat gold. Typically a jeweler will offer you anywhere from 80 to 90% scrap but this establishment tried to offer me 60% of spot price. I couldn't even believe my ears when he said the price I mentioned that another store had offered me slightly more. They offered me 80%. He just looked at me and said nothing so I took my gold and I left. I know that my business won't make or break his business but he lost a very valuable customer because I am very loyal when it comes to buying and selling gold. She then OPENED the product (a cleanser) in front of me to confirm that it was unopened before reluctantly processing my return. I have never had such a problem returning a product at a Sephora in my life and I've even seen people return products that were opened -- which mine was not, but simply we're not great for them. Did not appreciate the way that this sales person treated me. And I really feel that it was due to my race. Don't recommend going to this Kohl's Sephora. Most of the yarn is pretty pricey, but good yarn cost more than a pretty penny. I thought they were reasonable prices considering the product. They also always have beautiful window displays, if you just want a peek.
