First the restaurant does follow the new COVID rules so you do get asked to see your vaccination card. We ordered 2 lasagnas for take out. We don't live right in town so 40 minutes later we sat down to eat only to see that there were some lasagna noodles with absolutely no sauce on them, even after mixing. I called to speak to the manager but the server who answered said she would get new ones made for us. Being that we're out of town she said she would give a gift certificate. So on our return a few days later I went in to get new meals. I actually spoke to the chef (J) and he explained how the lasagna was made and that mistakes do happen. I understand that. But I'm also glad that the mistakes can be rectified hassle free. Our food this time was up to BP standards. Thanks J! read more

This is the worst Boston Pizza I've been to by far. Now in saying that it's still one of the best places to eat in town because of the food quality. Food Quality: 8 Service: 1 (really really bad) Ambiance: 10 I've taken my family here about 20 times over the years and the story plays out the same way every time. Come in to the restaurant that's 40% full to be told it will be a 15 to 25 minute wait. Most people just leave but we wait 6-8 minutes and they seat us always with a comment about how short staffed they are. We sit for 20 minutes and finally flag someone down for water and that we've been ready to order for 18 minutes. The person says "oh I'm not your server, I don't know where she went, let me go find her..." 5 minutes later a server comes looking at you like she just got crapped on in the back and she can't keep up no matter what. She takes the order and EVERYTIME! says "There's going to be a wait, the kitchen is backed up... sorry" I mean once I was there with my wife and there was only 3 other people in the restaurant and she gave us that line! Maybe they just have a single person in the kitchen that takes breaks when it gets slow??? Finally after inquiring about our food for 2 hours our food comes out. I'm not exaggerating! If you go there for supper you need to expect 2 to 3 hours before you get out of there! The hot items have obviously been under a heat lamp for a long time as the plate is cooking hot. Finally you rush to eat because your back is sore from waiting and you request the bill (funny, the bill always comes quick). The bill is high for a small town but what do you expect, it's a franchise. But the food is pretty good for St Paul. That and the ambiance is why we come back. It feels fancy and the food is good. Came back June 2018. Dropped our pizza twice. Order took over an hour. Nothing has changed... read more

e were seated right away. Table was filthy. We all ordered our food. Took a long time for food to arrive. Upon arrival of Food, waitress gave us plastic takeaway utensils instead of stainless steel. Daughter's poutine had a long black hair in cheese. Had to flag down waitress after 20 minutes to inform of hair. Service was the worst. My pasta was undercooked as well. Kids hungry. Will never go back. Zero stars. Never seen such a disaster. read more

The restaurant looks very nice from the outside, And the decor is nice as well. The food is mediocre at best, a lot of it taste like it's made from home and they get orders wrong. And they have limited staff. I didn't expect this from a Boston pizza read more

The Boston Pizza is where it's at in St. Paul! With limited lunch and dinner choices, we ended up at BP's for a quick lunch in the lounge. I would like to give the servers a big 'high five' as there was a wedding that day, which was not known about beforehand, and they were able to accommodate a large influx of people. We were in a rush and they gladly accommodated us by putting our orders into the kitchen right away! Great service. Food wise, it is a Boston Pizza all around. We shared some appies of cactus cut potatoes and bandera bread. All hot and delicious. See you next time! read more

Awful place to eat! I've been there twice in the past couple few months, first time we sat down and waited 40 mins before our waitress came to take our drink orders. Waited another 20 mins to take our food order. We orders 2 steak meals to find out there out of steaks 15 minutes later, so we ordered something else. It took another 40 minutes to get our food. Now today I thought why not try it out again.... what a bad idea, we ordered coffee at first, it was so old and cold we asked for new coffee, which seemed like a big problem. We go ahead and order our food. I ordered a individual spicy perogy pizza and a deluxe pizza, we waited 40 minutes till our food came. She brings use a deluxe which was good then a pepperoni pizza. I told her I didn't order that and she told me yes you did. She then said she will take it back and get me a spicy perogy pizza like I asked for. I waited and waited for my pizza but nothing came. Then she walked over with the bill because they where closing soon. As she setting the bill down she goes to say, I took that individual pizza off for you. Well what the F I guess I wasn't eating tonight!! Thanks Boston Pizza I will not be going there again! read more

I'm not actually a big Boston Pizza fan as a rule - for starters I don't live near one and for seconds we all know how I feel about chains. First I whine, I think I want soup but they're all out and then I want a chicken salad and (this has never happened to me) the entire restaurant is sold completely out of that too - lol - no chicken for me ! I settled on a standard ceasar salad with bacon, praying to the pork gods that they aren't out of bacon too otherwise I may just have had to end it all, it was good. In fact I'd almost consider this place the best place I ate in town. The server was very nice and sympathetic although I may recommend in the future they start off with telling the guests what they are out of, all in all a good experience. I would definitely go back again ! read more

For a small town restaurant the prices are high but seem pretty standard for Boston Pizza. The food tasted good. We were a large party but the service was appropriate and timely. They were very accommodating for the children we had with us. If in St. Paul I would say it's a good option for dining out. read more

Absolute worst restaurant. Worst bps worst of all. Terrible service. They continuously mess up the orders and are always late. Don't be surprised with 2 hr wait time. Overpriced garbage. No it's not a fancy restaurant but have some standards. Try twisted fork( really good) or even that closed up restaurant. Might find better food and service there. read more

As far as Boston Pizza goes, the St. Paul BP is absolutely terrible. Three times going to this establishment, and three times, always the same problems. We are a family of four and like to eat earlier to avoid the mass hysteria that is known as the dinner rush. So everything starts fine, polite and courteous service, drinks are delivered promptly and food orders are taken. After that, the real fun starts. I have a huge pet-peeve when appetizers come out with the main course. Drives me up the wall. Anyways, this seems to be the norm at this BP's. So after an incredibly long wait(30-40 minutes) and constant questions about our food, it finally arrives. Main course with the appetizers. Everything was served cold. After speaking with the manager, she did the right thing by re-making the order as priority one for the kitchen, and also not charging us for the meal. But our server completely disappeared... Until.... She brought us the bill! I was astonished over the idiocy and ignorance that this place had to offer. This place should be ashamed to be named to the franchise of BP's. The food was fine, nothing to get excited over. The kitchen and service staff desperately require training and leadership. Would not recommend this place to anyone and will never return again. read more
