Servers were great bar was great . Management was terrible Dear Boston Pizza Management, I am writing as a recent customer to share a concern about my experience at one of your locations. During my visit, I observed what I felt was inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from a manager toward staff members. In particular, the way younger employees were spoken to and treated was concerning. The tone and approach used seemed unnecessarily harsh and, at times, disrespectful. As a customer, this created an uncomfortable environment and took away from what would have otherwise been an enjoyable dining experience. More importantly, it was difficult to witness young staff members being treated in a way that did not appear supportive or respectful. I believe strongly that all employees--especially those who may be new to the workforce--deserve to be treated with patience, professionalism, and dignity. Positive leadership not only supports staff well-being but also reflects directly on the customer experience. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed appropriately. So before the opening, we've been relying a lot on food deliveries whether it may be door dash,Uber eats or other food delivery platforms..this time around,we tried Boston pizza in Keswick and we were delighted about the outcome and would definitely order on eve again! Appearance 5/5- very well packed and it has a aesthetic presentation that will entice you to consume the food salad looks very fresh,no brown spots on the lettuce . There is a separate container for the dip which I appreciate. Taste 4.5/5- I don't like spicy foods, and I wish they could have an option not to make the calamari spicy, this is personal preference.I know others may appreciate the spicy flavour to it . Pizza tasted amazing as per my son's feedback.I wish they could've added a stuffed crust option to the small personal pizza Delivery by Uber eats - thumbs up! It has been a few years since I have visited Boston Pizza and in many ways it has not changed in the least - which was obvious by the worn menus. I am not sure if that is a good thing or not? The restaurant has a typical sports bar feel - TV's on every corner; a generous bar; and pub flare. I admit, I was disappointed by the burger selection - standard burger; bacon or veggie - so pizza it was. For $14 - my personal pizza was small however in their defence they advertised the size on the menu. 6 pieces -- albeit it very small pieces. However I will give them a 8/10 for hot and fresh. My little guys pasta on the other hand -- soggy cold fries and dry reheated pasta. My wine -- I will need to grab a bottle at the liquor store and try a fresh bottle however the Copper Moon Pinot tasted more like water. I would recommend another choice. Overall a 3/5 however definitely room for improvement. read more

If you don't mind being interrupted three times to buy raffle tickets by the local sports team right at your table....... it's not cool during a celebratory birthday dinner, having to stop all our conversation to listen to the sales pitch by kids. We really didn't feel that it was appropriate to interrupt what should be a relaxing fun time. Generally the food is good and the waitress is friendly and attentive. If it was not for the interruptions - we declined the first time, and two more times we were solicited - then it would have rated a four star. read more

I visited this location for my Birthday about 10 days ago, and have to commend the Restaurant for accommodating my needs, despite it being a busy Saturday night. My friends visiting from the States and I celebrated my Birthday, and the General Manager and his team went out and about to arrange birthday candles for my cake. The food and service was excellent, even though the restaurant was very busy. I will be celebrating more occasions here. read more

If you enjoy overpriced food, expensive drinks and old alcoholics Boston Pizza is your number one destination. I could not agree more Tim A. The salad is very good or rather the dressing is excellent..... just a shame they give you the yellowed parts of the lettuce to eat as a filler with some green in it. The Veil Parmigiana was very tasty with an ample amount of sauce and cheese. Never upgrade to the Cheese garlic bread..... not really worth the extra $ The reason for the mediocre score was not exactly the food but the price and the service. The staff is very pleasant (providing they don't forget about you for 45 minutes as one server did) At least the manager on hand came to us after 45min and got us started on drinks but after that much time we had to leave and grab McDonalds to eat as children only have a short attention span for time. He apologized for the server who was catering to the only other couple that was in the entire restaurant (Her friends) She was sitting down at the bench with them and talking up a storm...... I am sure they fired her by now and well deserved. I can say the food is decent and I had frequented it many times. Even the pasta was tasty (Perhaps a little to much on the andante side) Jack Daniel ribs were OK but wayyyyyy 2 salty. At one point even the pasta was so salty that it made the iced tea taste salty...... I think someone had a spaz out that evening. What grabbed my goat was the price of the pizzas..... OMG up to $30bucks for a pizza? REALLY? They have a tasty Jambalaya and I would recommend it to everyone that likes a bit of spice in their pasta dish. Excellent for kids during the day but I would not recommend it when the evening locals come in that are already plastered before entering LOL. They do a very nice job with birthday parties and my kids really enjoyed it. I can not say much for the Pizza though as I will never pay that much for one Pizza. I will take Roy W.'s review as a good guideline and not purchase it..... Nice location by the waterfront and well decorated within as a family based establishment. My only suggestion is to MOVE THE GIANT SIZED RAT TRAPS they have sitting on the side of the building when you have to walk past them from the parking lot. Summery, although pricy and service sucked once I will not fault the food except the one salty night from hell. My family and I will be returning again! One of the better places to eat in Keswick. I have been to this Boston Pizza a couple of times as I have been given gift cards at Christmas. The first time I went in service was terrible as it took forever to get a waitress to the table to take our order. When the food showed up after 30 plus minutes I was not happy with my meal as I had ordered a pasta dish with sauteed mushrooms and they brought it to the table with cold uncooked mushrooms with the pasta to say the least it tasted awful. The second time I visited was more of the same with very slow service and food that was cold like they couldn't have been bothered to bring it to the table when it was ready. To say the least I will not be visiting Boston Pizza in Keswick again ever! read more

It's nice to see this restaurant has improved in food quality and service and so they've earned another star. I was initially reluctant to return, but after a friendly greeting at the door and a smile and introduction from our server, I felt a little more at ease (and to be honest, I really had no choice because the Big K was literally pushing me inside because he was very hungry!) I have been to this place many times and have had poor experiences most of them. The service is lacking and the management is non existent. I complained to the head office who said they would look into it and make some changes. I did return and it's the same. I love Boston pizza in Newmarket and Aurora. Just not Keswick. read more

The reviews on here are ridiculous. I had to post a review because my experiences have never been anywhere near what some people are describing in these comments. The food is not overpriced. It is a mid tier chain restaurant and prices are in line with that. the food and service falls in line with those expectations as well. The restaurant has a great patio area for summer dining by the river and is large enough for group events or after sporting event get togethers in the large bar area. I have eaten in restaurant several times and I have ordered for delivery several times. The food is good, the portions are large and it comes in a reasonable timeframe. The service staff overall is good. This is not cheap Pizza Pizza food and it is not the Keg steakhouse. It is a good meetup restaurant with fair prices. If you want to be cheap, go elsewhere. I am not sure what the other reviewers expectations were before going here, but it seem like a small minority of guests who happen to have had a small issue or bad experience decided to gang up online on yelp. This place is Boston Pizza, it is an above average location from the ones I have visited. I have had many good meals and nights here with friends and family. read more

The food here is what you would expect, frozen items just deep fried, so you really cant complain. The service however is terrible, too busy socializing with their friends or other employees. The one big kicker for me was going in on a thursday evening for wings after work. Met at the door by two large security guards, who asked for ID and inspected us for weapons.... this is bp right? well apparently there are lots of fights at this location I was told, and sure enough before we had left a fight broke out. Im sure its not the establishment just the clientel in this area.... ummmm maybe should go to Newmarket location next time. read more

We have often been disappointed with this chain's output and this time is no exception. My dining partner had the jambalaya fettuccine and was pleased by the amount of shrimp, chicken and sausage in a very tasty sauce. I, on the other hand was very disappointed with the chicken and mushroom fettuccine which had a small dollop of inch sized cubes of chicken and mushrooms on the side of the plate. Very poor value for a $15 pasta dish. The Alfredo sauce on the rest of the dish was very tasty and nicely herbed, but the dish was very poor value. The service was, as usual very prompt and polite, but the wireless billing system was down and no one bothered to mention it before ordering. read more

We love boating across the lake to eat here with the kids! The perogi pizza is the best! They have their own dock so you can boat right up (but you need to pass under the bridge, so small boats only and don't forget to take down the bimini! read more

I usually have a good experience at Boston Pizza in Keswick. The food is tasty and the menu is often updated with new items. Most of the servers are extremely friendly and helpful. It's not cheap and it's nothing extraordinary, but if you're looking for something reliable and that's open late, I'd recommend Boston Pizza in Keswick. read more
