First we start with the food, my favourite here is seafood pasta, it was so over cooked I just couldn't eat it! Me!! Throwing away food!! Seriously never can happen! Then we can add the fact that we must have been forgotten as after one hour we gave up and asked for the food to go, plus the fact it was super cold and the wife couldn't take it anymore. To add one last nail to this story, when we got into our room I then noticed they never added the desert I ordered. the manager was nice enough and came over to apologize to me (wife already walked out) and gave us a 25% discount. Sorry East side, great staff, love your food but this time you dropped the ball! Pity it wasn't my Seafood!

Unfortunately,…read morewe couldn't sit outside because of the rain, but our table inside still offered a great view of the water. The restaurant wasn't crowded, but there were enough guests to give it a nice atmosphere. It felt comfortable, relaxed, and not noisy at all. We started with the Kung Pao Cauliflower, which was excellent. Even my kids, who don't usually enjoy vegetables, ate every bite. For their meals, both kids ordered brick oven pizzas. My older child had the Labrador and finished the entire pizza by himself, while my younger child ordered the Authentic with pepperoni and really enjoyed it. My wife ordered the fish of the day, and I chose the scallop special. Overall, the food was very good, the service was pleasant, and the waterfront setting made for an enjoyable dining experience. I would definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

Hallo you are supposedly an Italian restaurant !! They did ... but This is the first Italian restaurant I have ever been to that does not serve a pasta with the main entree. After having a martini and a glass of wine an hour after arriving I was asked if I wanted a glass of water (which I declined). No wonder at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. I was the only customer at the bar and maybe three or four tables in the entire restaurant. Very amateur operation. Borderline service and below average food.

I chose North End Pizzeria (NEP) because of the many good reviews and judging the pictures. 1. I ordered around 5:25 PM, delivery took about 35-40 minutes. In spite of a generous $7 tip the driver gave me a blank stare and walked off. Here's a tip for you: say THANK YOU, wish your generous customer to enjoy their pizza. It is not difficult. Give it a try sometime. 2. The pizza looked impressive upon opening the box. I ordered an XL 17" All Dressed pizza. It looked a little off, so I busted out the measuring tape...16" not 17". 3. After a couple of slices the review is this: - loved how much pepperoni was in the pizza, see the picture for a thickness cutaway view. - did not like the taste of the pepperoni, as it is a lesser quality. It was bland compared to what I am used to in Montreal. Tip: use a higher quality ingredient and less of it. The pizza will taste better. - the dough/crust lacks flavour and is prone to burnt spots on the edge. The crust doesn't rise like a Montreal pizza. It is a little dense. - the vegetable portion. For those who don't know a Montreal All Dressed consists of pepperoni, green peppers, and mushroom with the normal tomato sauce base and mozzarella cheese. The veg portion is skimpy at best. Conclusion: Overall 6.5 / 10 Food. 6.5 / 10 Service 6.5 / 10 Generous on ingredients but bland due to lower end and/or lack of ingredients.
