I went into Boston Pizza, in Castlegar, with my grandson who was visiting from California. He is 24 years old. We ordered drinks with our meal but the only ID my grandson had was his passport. This was not acceptable according to the waitress and said 2 Forms of ID were needed. She checked with another staff member who said the same. I was shocked. A passport is sufficient ID to travel the world but not good enough for an alcoholic drink at Boston Pizza. REALLY????!!!!!! read more

Worst service I've ever had at a Boston pizza. Dat at the bar. Next to servers stand. Was like I was invisible. Honestly. I've never made a review. But this experience was so bad. Just can't believe what I was treated like. Took over 20 minutes to just get my bill. Multiple times my water and beer was empty. With significant wait times to have an option to order another or get my bill. The restaurant was not busy. Constantly out of the appropriate glasses to serve beer. The floor manager appeared to me more concerned with flirting with the bartender than any level of service. I'd say worst service and staff I have ever experienced. Never ever stopping in again Absolutely the worst BP experience of my life not young life read more

This pizza was delicious. The service was good and our server was very attentive. It was a long day and just the right amount of everything to eat and drink before hitting the bed. read more

Had the lasagna last week, not your traditional baked lasagna at all and that's fine. BUT, I think the cook may have messed up and opened a cheap can of Chef Boyardee by mistake.‍ The food quality has seriously declined over the last few years, I get that it's a chain and most things are now premade elsewhere, but wow, it really is not good. read more

Haven't been there In awhile but I want to help people know if they want to go, very good service don't go if your lactose intolerant (I have experience) It is very nice in there there are tvs the food was very good read more

Food was good nothing special but services was exquisite. Would recommend to eat here but don't expect anything special.

the food is absolutely amazing every time i go here no matter what i try! the staff is also super friendly and helpful & always have fast service even when its quite busy, which this location often is for good reason! the pizza has the best cheese & crust ive had from any chain ive gone to and the appetizers are also great - the calamari wasnt soggy or overcooked like many places struggle with and the macaroni and cheese is fantastic! good portions as well with great presentation. one of my go to places in the area for dinner :) free fountain drink refills is also a great bonus! read more

First off, they didn't have ingredients for what I actually wanted. What I thought was simply cold from waiting forever to receive, was just undercooked. Do yourself a favour and cook your own pizza. read more

I ordered delivery and 40 dollars later before tip received 16 wings and a small handful of yam fries. Next time i will go to the Black Rooster and enjoy a great steak and leave full for the same price. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I travel everywhere and this is the worst BP in BC! read more

If your looking for some yam fries and you live in Castlegar, the one place I can tell you not to go is Boston Pizza. I was craving a big box of yam fries, so I ordered the biggest size. WhenI tell you there was 20 fries, I am being dead serious. Don't get me wrong the fries were very good but I would've needed to order 5 more boxes to have somewhat of what I was expecting. I took them back and the order wasn't wrong, so if this is what your getting every time. Not worth it. read more

Food is usually good. The problem I have is every time I get something for pickup they always forget something. This time was the sauce that went with my Boston brute. Last time is was both the sauce for the brute and the cactus cut potato sauce. As a customer I pay for these things because they are considered extras but I feel ripped off because I never get them. It makes me not want to order from them because I am constantly being ripped off. read more

The food was up to par, the service was absolutely exquisite. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice family friendly environment. read more

Great service and food. One my favourite spots to eat when I am in town.

Great pizza! Great service! Even better then the ones at home. I was thoroughly impressed at how fast everything came out. Everything tasted so fresh and my strawberry daiquiri was delicious perfect for a really hot summer day. We were seated on the patio as all the inside spots were taken but it was fine it ended up being more enjoyable. read more

Horrible meal, pizza's were only warm, person that ordered first we had to keep asking where his pizza was. Had to ask repeatedly for kids drinks. Slow and poor service. I don't find the food here that good at the best of times but this was so disappointing for a birthday dinner. read more

Wow! Market spinach salad! Probably one of the most delicious salads I have ever eaten!! Definitely my new favorite thing at BP!! It's topped with oven-roasted mushrooms, marinated artichoke hearts, bacon and balsamic-roasted red onions. Finished with fresh tomatoes, crumbled feta and chopped egg. Mmmmmmm so good! Add a piece of salmon or chicken and it's even better!! read more

Was at Boston Pizza last night, the place was hopping at 5, we had a 20 minute wait, but the staff was delightful and the food and drinks were great and for such a busy night the food came fast and was delicious. I liked the food a lot but the noise factor was very unprofessional and I don't think the music helped. Besides that me and my sister had a great time read more

Loved the BBQ pizza ... great flavor and just the right size. It was hot though ... burned my tongue. Great service ... attentive, prompt, and friendly. read more

Ordered a brioche bun spicy fried chicken burger, the bun was over toasted and dry, the fried chicken was so bad it tasted like leftover fried bits in a pan with hot sauce. Lindsey said she would do something about, but came back with a to go box like nothing happened. I didn't even bother taking it home, because I was worried I'd choke on it, it was so dry. read more

It's Boston pizza. Same as ever other Boston pizza. The staff is great never seem to have a complaint. Always a decent selection of foods. Kids love it. Worth while and the price is reasonable. read more

Worse meal ever! Had the chicken Stromboli and it was ice cold inside. The waiter returned it to reheat it and brought back my 1/2 eaten salad. Returned my original Stromboli and it was still cold. Waiter ignored me for 1/2 an hour until he finally had to deal with me. Totally ignored my comment about the still cold meal. I sat with my coat on for another 20 minutes waiting for my bill. Despite my comments he totally ignored my poor service and lousy food. $23 dollars later and I had to cross the street to by a burger. A "9" oz glass of wine not a chance! Save you money. Even McDonalds blows this place out of the water unless you like prepared frozen food microwaved. Never again! I had to give it one star because of Yelp. It should be no stars! read more
