We stayed in this hotel in the past. This time I was bitten by bed bugs . We moved to different hotel after one night. They say they didn't find any bugs in the room. I have pictures of my bed bug bites on my left arm and shoulder. We aren't looking anything other than a clean hotel room.

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend. We attended a conference which was scheduled at this location. It is conveniently located off the highway which made it easy to get to. The room was very comfortable, the bed and pillows provided for a good night's sleep. I was able to use the workout facilities which provided me with a good workout on the road. In addition they also have a small pool for their guests which I did not use. The pool area looked very appealing. The hotel has a restaurant which is convenient. An added perk in staying at the hotel is that parking is free for hotel guest.

We stayed at this Marriot a couple weeks ago. First, I had requested a room with a balcony view. We got all the way upstairs and there was no balcony view so we had to go back down to reception for them to give us a new room. We get into the new room and it was decent until we were going to bed and saw the sheets. At that point we were too tired to call down again to have them fix it, so we removed the dirty sheets and slept with 'clean' ones, which I am not confident they were clean either. I had to check out in a rush (we were visiting family at the hospital) but when I had a chance I emailed their guest relations. I have emailed twice with my concerns and received no follow ups, which is why I am now posting on here. Since they are not able and/or willing to respond, I feel like other people should be aware.

No wonder people stay in Airbnb. Smelly room. Peeling my wallpaper. Worried about bedbugs. Never staying here again.

Overall had a great stay. The concierge lounge was open odd hours but generally no complaints. The staff was courtesy and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel bar was a nice stop for a quick drink.

Free parking at a Marriott !! Alert the media ! We had a great weekend here. Our room on the seventh floor was pretty big, with a desk/workstation, a fridge, a nice seating area with an L-Shaped Ottoman, a super comfy bed, pretty good free WIFI, a huge flat-screen on the wall, electrical outlets all over the place, great air conditioning, and a big modern bathroom. The Riverbend Restaurant on the lobby level was very good and offered an excellent buffet breakfast. It's very convenient to find, pretty much in the shadows of a Mass Pike exit, and is minutes from Boston College, Newton and restaurant row in Waltham. It cost us about $185 a night after taxes.

Totally an A+ for the Infused Water with fruits which I didn't get to sip =( We get a number to put in our car for parking in the hotel.

My favorite part was to see some of the belt driven machinery actually work. We had visited the day after a person had come and replaced some of the belts. We were able to see a belt driven (automated) saw cut through a chunk of metal. It was an impromptu demo as we were walking around the the staff member saw us examining this particular piece of equipment (with our eyes of course). And he started it up for us. Again...staff is really enthusiastic and engaging. We also got to see where they do hands on workshops, where kids can design and print things in 3D, which is pretty cool. They had a nice even space as well for smaller weddings/events. Easy parking (pay) in a nearby garage and a easy walk across the bridge/walkway to get to the museum. If this type of history interests you, I would definitely recommend you stopping by. We were there for a couple of hours and throughly enjoyed the staff showing us around. Cute gift shop as well.

The guys working the front desk are super knowledgeable, funny, helpful and nice. One of them was kind enough to give us a brief intro when we first arrived. They can totally geek out on all sorts of interesting facts, which I live to absorb. Still, I wish I had planned it in advance so we could have a formal tour because there's so much to see. Before coming here I had no idea that Massachusetts held such a rich industrial heritage. We spent two hours exploring the two story museum. There were plenty of interactive exhibits (great for the kiddos and adults) and each time we looped around the museum we found something else we missed the first time going through. This place is a haven especially for those who are interested in history and engineering. They had antique bikes, wooden cars, steam fire engines, watchmaking tools, belt driven machines, typography machines, horse drawn fire truck, and even a phone booth! They also do a great job of mixing in some modern and new exhibits (e.g., we saw whimsical puppetry paintings by Tanya Harsch). The second floor also has a beautiful and grand ballroom space (perfect for corporate events or weddings). I can't wait to come back here. Whether you are local or from out of town I'd highly recommend a visit.

Now that I've had more travel experience, I can confidently say this hotel is a hidden gem in Waltham. The apartment-style rooms are fantastic--spacious, clean, and equipped with full kitchens, comfy seating areas, and all the essentials. It's more like staying in a cozy apartment than a standard hotel, which makes solo trips, family visits, or longer stays feel effortless. The service is genuinely warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is a standout--custom-made eggs cooked to order and expertly crafted coffee that beats any run-of-the-mill hotel fare. The location is great too--close enough to Brandeis University for visiting students, but also easy to explore Waltham's Moody Street for restaurants, cafés, and a little local charm. The area felt safe and walkable, and for outdoor enthusiasts, you can hop on nearby trails along the Charles River or Mass Central Rail Trail for some scenic exercise. Bottom line: Whether you're visiting Waltham for school, family, or just a weekend getaway, Crescent Suites hits all the marks. If I ever find myself back in the area, I won't think twice about staying here again.
