Called in the morning , they sent a technician the same day . He was very thorough, not only did he fix the water pressure that was pumping to the house , but also checked every piece of equipment to make sure nothing was faulty and was running smooth. read more

I had an issue with my water storage tank, and the alarm system. I went to the office and Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came out later that day to look at the problem I was having, diagnosed and fixed it on the spot I can't recommend these guys enough for any well needs read more

Requested well service. Don tried to refer me to an electrician - very hesitant to offer up well services to service my well. So I'm already annoyed. Then he sends a text requesting a photo of my credit card - ummm - not secure, has not agreed to come out, no estimate, and no contract and no amount. I ask him why he needs my card he claims it is to place a hold for $1375. Again, I ask why. He simply texts me an image of what looks like partial internal company notes and a snarky comment "empty promises." Now I'm fuming. WTF is wrong with this company. So I respond I do not understand. He then proceeds to send another image of the full document which is an invoice for $145 from 7 YEARS AGO! I point out they never followed up, I do not remember this bill, and I was never mailed a bill. I question his pettiness for trying to charge me $1400 just to come look at my well because of a bill they never even sent me. He simply responds: Wow I never said I was going to charge your card. - At this point I decide they are complete unprofessional idiots and I ignore and move on. Next thing I know I get another text from Don - an image of an invoice clearly marked PAID for $145 less than 10 days from the original bill. THIS WHOLE TIME I NEVER OWED THEM MONEY! I do not even know if he noticed he was sending a bill marked paid in his haste to prove they mailed me something. Seriously get your act together and act like adults. Buy a computer and stop price gouging locals - $12k to replace a well pump is obscene! I had three other quotes yesterday for $2500-$4500. These people suck and they should be run out of town. read more

It's wonderful to have someone you can count on when you have water well problems and Boston Henry has never let me down!

I work in real estate and these guys are the ONLY ones to use. Very honest and trustworthy FRIENDLY and SMART

They came out and we're extremely honest, reasonably priced, well-intentioned and knowledgeable. They did the bare minimum to help us out and gave us a quote for what they think needed to be done rather than scaring us into spending more money. I would highly recommend them anytime. read more

The team at Boston-Henry Co (Agua Dulce) are a rare find! Professional customer service, quick response time, and they clearly know their stuff. Today Don and Matt remotely walked me through a series of checks to diagnose a problem with my water pump before they sent someone out, we determined the issue and had it up and running in no time. I have used this company twice over the last few years, and both times were very positive experiences, both times they were able to quickly pinpoint the issue and get our system up and running again. It's great to know this team has my back when well/pump issues arise! read more

Never going anywhere else. I called Don at Boston Henry today asking for help on my well here in Agua Dulce because my storage tank was completely dry. Don took 30 minutes of his time to trouble shoot over the phone and help me, though the trouble shooting failed to the extent of what I could do, he educated me through the process. No less than 15 minutes later his tech, Matt showed up and identified the problem in less than 5 minutes, shortly afterwards the rank was filling again. If you're looking for a company who genuinely cares and provides a good honest service, these are the people you want, and I don't say that lightly. We're new to the area, and the level of service provided won me over. Thanks Don for your time, Matt for the quick fix and Lori for the history of the property! read more

Highly recommend. Great knowledge and personable service. Don did troubleshooting of our strange problem and was able to deduce the most likely problem, which it turned out to be. Thanks! read more

Much Appreciation to Don and Matt for their assistance today. I purchased a new property in Canyon Country and the well/pump system was more complex than I expected. I called Boston Henry early on Monday and Don took my call straight away. My water was off and he went straight into troubleshooting mode. We exchanged pictures over text, and he coached me through the first steps of problem solving remotely. We didn't get the problem solved over the phone so Matt came out on short notice and was solving problems before I got back home from an errand. More than the troubleshooting, I appreciate the training Matt provided me on my system. I have never had a well system and it was all new to me. The service Boston Henry provided today was truly world class and I can recommend them 100%. Some helpful advice if you are new to a Well system (like I was): You can "feel" your reserve tanks to find the water level. Put your hand on the sun-side and the cool part is the water. Once it gets hot as you slide up the tank, that's the empty part. Also, 90% of well pumps cycle on and off, so if its not running when you give it the "ear test" that does not mean it is broken. This was a great experience today and my hat is off to this company. They earned my business for life with their talent, training and truth in the exchange. -eric read more

I've Ben using the Henry family for decades to service my well! They truly care about their customers and make u feel like family. Some things they trouble shoot over the phone. Which is a great feeling. For me knowing what to do makes me feel more secure. I have horses and no access to city water. I love that I can video what my problem is and Don can usually diagnose over the phone so when Matt or Justin comes, they have what the well needs. It was my b day Monday. My well broke on Thursday night. It was such a gr8 present to have it back up and running Monday! read more

I will definitely give them a call next time I have a need for their service, thanks Don for the bail out, very much appreciated! HUGE Mark-Up...Holy Cow I found my 2 H.P. Flint and Walling pump (what everyone has..even you) on the net From Dean Bennett Supply in Colorado for about "HALF" the price !!!! Also my Bennett pump has lasted "three" times as long, as my last pump from Boston Henry's (used ??). One more tip...the bearings in your Flint & Walling can be rebuilt ( for about $100). In 1982, before I moved from Topanga Canyon to Montana, I purchased a Grundfos 1 1/2 HP model SP414 stainless steel submersible pump 11/4" out, A pressure tank WX 252 with guage, check valve, pressure switch and control box. I drove to Montana hired a driller and and he installed the Grundfos and I installed all the rest in the home I built myself. In 2018 I figured I better start looking for a replacement, because one of these days the well system will fail. I found my notes from 36 yrs ago and called Boston-Henry. A guy answered, his name was Don Henry. I explained all that and he told me what the current models are and how much they cost. He advised me to consult with a local - Montana well service company. He spent a good half hour or more helping me - again, to match the well system with what I need. He remembered the system he help design, that I modeled my system after... after 36 years. Whow. Don Henry, and the Boston-Henry Co are hands down the most reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy company, anyone could ever ask to do business with! Roger P read more

Absolutely amazing well service. Prior to sending out his sons, Matt and Justin to repair our well, Don walked me through testing of the electrical system to narrow down the cause of the pump system. That eliminated a lot of time in repairing the system. Can't say enough about how professional they are. read more

I should have called Boston-Henry first thing. I had seen their cool little store front every time I drove into Agua Dulce. But I called the company who's name was on my equipment, and after five minutes of rude service, I hung up and called B-H. From the get go, I knew I was in good hands. Everybody I dealt with was great, and exceptionally helpful. I dealt directly with the owner Don, who's first instinct was to see if it wasn't an issue I could fix myself, and he would walk me through it! Once we figured out my situation required a service call he sent out his Tech, Justin. Justin was a total pro, knocked the job out in short order, and did, what I consider, craftsman level work. I know, by the effort applied, the job is done well, and barring another act of god (40MPH winds blew a tree over onto my well equipment!), these guys won't be back anytime soon. Well done guys! Many Thanks! read more

Very nice folks, but find another place. Have tried them twice now, not happy with the results either time.

After wasting my time and money with a Pump Service Co. (Based in Pear Blossom area) for about 13 years, I decided to look for another. My property is in Leona Valley so I thought I didn't have any other choices but I heard about Boston Henry so I contacted them with minimum expectation. They showed up at the scheduled time and did the work without any problems or excuse....that was something I never got from the other co. Its now about 4 years since I started using Boston Henry and I cannot say enough about how professional and helpful they have been. The surprising thing about them, especially Don Henry is that he has always tried to guide me (on the phone) to check things to see if the problem may be something simple that I could fix before they come over. I have even asked him to bill me for the time he spends on the phone since I never ran into anyone who would provide so much for nothing. This review is the least I can do to thank them. I highly recommend Boston Henry. read more

A few days later I needed a well pump installed in my water well. To save money, I purchased a much better well pump than I had installed 10 years earlier in my water well. I went to Boston Henery to have my pump installed in my well. I assured BH that I would assume full responsibility for my pump and I would be happy to pay to have my water pump installed in my well. BH refused to help me stating their insurance would not allow them to help me and sent me to a competitor to seek their services and they refused to help me also. Ultimately, I found another company which was happy to help me. They installed my well pump in my well coming to my home within one hour of my call. The installers were great and within two hours I was up and running again. Thanks BH for turning me down as I found another company which I will use in the future. It's not that I dislike BH, but when you need help it's assumed that the people you know will help. BH could have help me and they refused. I remove my high recommendation to use BH water well company. read more

Boston-Henry have serviced our 280 foot well for over 20 years, and throughout, their staff has been efficient, courteous, on time and solved problems that have arisen. I am finally taking to yelp to complement them on a well run company, because of the impressive service I received last weekend. I turned on the facet Saturday and there was no water, in a panic, because I was soon to leave town and turn the house over to a sitter, I called Boston-Henry about 1pm on Saturday. Don spent over two hours on the phone with me troubleshooting all the possible problems from pumps to a dry well and we finally found a relay that was not connecting, a little trick with turning on and off the circuit breakers a few times, fixed it, the tank filled, and now has refilled several times. I got an more detailed education about my well system and Don refused to charge me for his time. Amazing. Such personal care seems to have generally disappeared with home visits by a doctor, but still exists at Boston-Henry. read more
