That was fine with us, but we assumed he would be there two consecutive days. We went back the second day and he had never been there. When I called the company, they told me he was on another job and wouldn't be able to finish until the following Tuesday (it was a Wednesday!!). They schedule jobs they can't finish Just to get the work. We were left with no choice but to wait. It was a major inconvenience for us to have to be home to let him in for another day. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone and then don't follow through. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the installer was very nice and appears to have done a good job so far. They are also extremely expensive.

The reason I knew this was the clinic for me is that they have Cigar Aficionado magazine in the waiting room. Nothing says 'health' and 'acute care' like reading about the finer points of smoking. I accept that it is a new law. I just don't agree with it. This apparently offended the doctor who then called my company and tried to get me in trouble by making me out to be unsafe. These were personal complaints about the way the new system is set up not a refusal to adhere to anything. I have filed a complaint with the Oregon medical board about the ethics of this action and if any adverse action comes of it there will be a law suit. Anyway... avoid this place if you can and if not whatever you do keep your mouth shut around these people.
