Our tickets stated arrive 30 minutes prior and our out passes started at 10:30am. The doors didn't open until 10:30am and it was a mad dash for the doors didn't open. Took us about 20+ minutes to get into arena. After losing 20+ minutes, they cut off the main driver autograph line and pushed people away. If I were Monster Jam, I would never use this venue again. Small arena for trucks and they couldn't do a lot of their stunts because of space. Will never attend another Monster Jam in this arena and do NOT recommend anyone else spending hard earned money to have the venue mis-manage the logistics. Very disappointed and frustrated.

The President and Board of Trustees only care about money and it shows. A lot of the buildings on campus (particularly the dorms) are full of mold. The administration building is actually falling apart. The new dorms they built are not structurally stable. The food is atrocious. Some days it's fine, other days it's not even cooked all the way. I've found fingernails in my food and I know someone who found a rusty bolt in their's. Not to mention that on the weekends they rarely provide more than eggs and sausages. The food is strait up not healthy either. The amount of times I and people I know have gotten food poisoning is insane. The parking situation is terrible and security on campus is severely lacking. I think this school could be great but it's owned by some of the most rotten and greedy people, people who maybe only ever see the school once a year at most. These people are dragging the school into the dirt and they have the audacity to raise prices on the school too. If you're thinking of going to UE, DON'T. They lie to you on the tours, they lie to you when you're here, and they'll only ask for more money when you leave. This school is the epitome of what happens when you let asshats who only care about their own pockets own an institution. If you don't believe me, look up the President's wikipedia page. The longest section is on controversies he's caused while he's been here. Please, Please, Please pick another school.

Management terribly disorganized. The only reason they get two stars is because the kids had fun and the guy behind the counter didn't call the cops after I had a fucking meltdown. When he realized the teenage party organizer blew off his/her shift, I all ready had 20 elementary school kids accounted for. After ripping the manager a new one, I told him to give me the keys to the fucking equipment room - which he did or I would have kicked it in. I setup stations in the arena - think relay + boot camp. It was a lot of work on my part, but the kids had fun so I let the staff that was there live. Seriously, fuck this place.

Jeff was very accommodating with our needs, and customized different aspects of our rental to best suite our needs. I had tried many places before checking here (I didn't realize they did overnight parties) and I found Metro to be the most competitively priced and have the best facility. The lady from Metro who hosted our overnight was fantastic too. She was fun, friendly and welcoming to all our guests. The facility is huge with something to do for everyone! It also was very clean and well laid out. There are many convenient aspects to Metro if you are hosting a party including lockers for your guests, to an ice maker for your party needs, a concession stand open all night for your guests, video arcade games, batting cages,basketball, volleyball and of course their soccer field. If you are going to rent a facility for kids, and you need to have a lot of different activities for them, this is the best place!

I want to applaud Goebel for the work they did to provide a safe environment to the players and spectators. Masks were required for all on fields and parking lots (except for players during a game only), per the Evansville indoor and outdoor mask mandate. The staff did a great job of enforcing this and asking spectators, nicely, to comply. The bathrooms were kept cleaned and stocked with hand soap, tp, and sanitizers. The fields were clear, clean, and well-marked for all the games. The only con was that there were several deep holes around the fields that were easy to trip over and should be filled. Bleachers were marked off to keep people off of them during COVID. There are paved walkways to most of the fields, making it an easier walk especially when toting wagons, etc. Plenty of parking and easy in/out access.
