After trusting this firm with my business taxes for years, I've discovered an astonishing trail of mistakes, IRS penalties, returned tax payments, and financial headaches. They used a bank routing number that wasn't even associated with my business or my bank! This resulted in repeated failed tax payments and years of problems with the IRS. The truly unbelievable part?
