I've been in this store a few times, and recently was in searching for dog beds. The items I wanted were behind a stack of pallets, as well as a moveable cart loaded with collapsible boxes. Not easy to check anything. Thinking someone will be here in a moment, asking if I need help. Nope. I think I've become invisible, because I've been here before, where you walk past clerks, who don't greet you, nor ask if they can help. This time, In past a young person behind the checkout desk, back out, without even being noticed. I have a disability, you'd think that might bring on a, "may I help you?" Nope, again. Sure, I could've gone to the counter and asked for assistance, which I likely would have if I hadn't had this same problem times before, and was annoyed this lack of considerate service continues. read more
