The staff is very knowledgeable about all the pet food and will direct you to the right kind for your dogs specific needs. My dog had horrible digestive problems, I went and talked to the staff, they gave me some new food to try and we haven't had a problem since. They also provide grooming in-store. The tanks in the place have tons of fish in them. I asked to speak to a person that works there i was told he was on lunch, i waited for him. went asked if he was back from lunch girl named SKY said he is busy . The place was empty with no customers. I was told from my work place that a girl was fired because of medical issues yet she supplied a doctors note upon being hired. yet these 2 girls are so rude and and so unprofessional is putting it lightly, they should be the ones let go. Who are they to say what i can purchase. i have boughten my grandsons feeder fish from there for years. My grandson is autistic and this keeps him calm . Do not put fake plastic plants in with the beta fish. The plastic plants rip and tear the fins for the little guys. Silk plants are far better then plastic. Also when i called the supervisor wanted to know who said it so they can be corrected. No, instead only correcting 1 person or the 2 that sold us the fish i think everybody needs to be trained on this not just 1 person that will last a week. Also if kids are doing the half ass work there then hire adults especially when working with animals. They barely know how to wipe there own ass let alone take care of animals.

I was extremely impressed with how friendly she is, how clean the shop is & how happy all the pups seem to be in her care. When I picked Sweet Pea up, her little feet looked so cute, her coat was so smooth & soft & she smelled wonderful! All for only $20! Her shop is filthy reaks like urine ,she lets her 3 dogs intimidate any dog that comes in,says she will do as you ask but does not ,she does not bath them or do there nails, she shaved my girl from head to toe and left chunks every where,when I asked why she shaved her she said her hair will grow back , she told me to cut her hair my self and to not come back And the star rating is minus 1 as well she had several bags of empty bottles just strewn about and admitted she needed to deal with them . When I arrived she seemed to be really nice , but when I returned and asked her why she shaved all her hair off she raised her voice several octives and got really nasty and when she finally gave my dog back to me she was so panicked that I got several scratches and I have never seen my dog behave this way ,she definitely traumatized my little angel . I am absolutely appalled at the job she did on my friend's beautiful double-coated Shih Tzu.We…read moredropped her off for some de-matting and a shave as she had puppies for 8 weeks and wouldn't let anyone brush her or take her from her puppies. She was in rough shape, but we trusted this groomer to do her best and left this fur baby in her hands. She nicked her multiple times all over her body and she has razor burns and scrapes on her neck, bottom, tail, chest and back, and left the hair on her feet long and extremely uneven. She mentioned she was leaving to go camping that day so was obviously in a rush. Then she went on to say she was neglected? We paid $60 for this poor baby to be tortured for 3 hrs. Obviously an attempt to cover up her tracks as she knew she had hurt this poor dog all over her body, she came home shaking and needed to see the vet the next day for some cream too treat her razor burns. Please DO NOT take your fur baby's there, please take them to someone more kind and nurturing as grooming should be a positive experience for any animal. She is absolutley rude and will abuse your fur baby
