I have been paying for Climate Controlled on one Unit since April 2023 only to find out the Climate Controlled Unit's have NOT been working at ALL! I have been paying $165 per month!! I did add another Storage Unit in September 2023 which DOESN'T have Climate Control working either!!! I brought it to the office attention and they did give me a credit me one months. I was also told back in April that the gate to the Storage Units is broken and would be fixed. Here it is October 2023 and still NO gate has been fixed. This is very POOR business practices for leading the customer of their service's which they are paying premium rates and miss leading the customer of their services. read more

Not too techy or modern, but they are friendly and have lots of cameras at the site. My unit is a storage box- not too exciting but serves its purpose. read more
