We had 2 other coatings on different cars and we have to say that the Hyper Kleen coating far outshines (literally) the other two manufacturers that we have had experience with. The interior also looks fantastic and are very pleased with it as well. Shawn did such an amazing job on our SUV and we are very, very happy. His passion for what he does shows and we will never take our car anywhere else for detailing services. This coating cleans beautifully and easily and the Hyper Kleen products are wonderful products to work with when hand washing the car. I brought my VW Tiguan in for detailing and afterward found noticeable spotting and greasy marks on the VW TEX seats, along with a white film or residue on the lug nut caps. These issues were not present before the service. When I raised my concerns, the response involved repeated back-and-forth, comments that this had never happened before, and suggestions that the spotting could have been caused by my dog's slobber. I felt responsibility was shifted onto me rather than the issues being taken seriously. I was also repeatedly told that the seats had been treated with leather cleaner/conditioner. Since VW TEX is not traditional leather, I became concerned about whether the product was appropriate, especially because it transferred onto anything placed on the seats. The seats are mostly back to normal, but I still have to scrub the lug nut caps to remove the residue. My request to have them restored to their original condition was ignored. Mistakes can happen, but accountability and a reasonable effort to resolve them matter. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would not return.
