Throughout the process they never initiated any kind of updates via phone. I had to personally go in and make sure they were taking photos of the inside of the car As asked by insurance (slow in everything they did). Final straw was they sent away my totaled car without any kind of heads up and before the release date that my insurance gave me. When asked to make things right they took no responsibility, cast blame onto everyone but themselves and essentially told me good luck.
