Location. *We called and Larry had his assistant on the phone doing his bidding when my wife called and tried to get information on why was our appointment moved to Springfield... *The Same assistant who was dismissive STRIKES AGAIN: until I got on the phone and straight asked for LARRY! *Larry Gets on and proceeds to say to us, "Oh, it was cancelled through the customer portal." I paid $400 to get my 4 doors done there were bubbles on every door I waited a week before I went back and the guy " fixed them in 5 minutes" he told me to give it another 1.5 -2 weeks since the weather hasn't been good with the rain but I guess I am just a dummy since they do tint in the winter and it isn't hot out or very sunny either don't waste your time very rude people and argumentative.
